Great Coverage for tourist travel

I have a gold plus member with a 5000 dollar deductable for 7 years the last two years I have had multiple surgeries for cancer ,post surgeries I have been given two different chemo treatments and a six week radiation treatment. We where not restricted on the hospital or the Doctors we have the best of the best when it came to care I have just finished my last chemo and am doing well all of my bills have been paid up until now except the last chemo which I just sent in, all I can say is that IMG has been great and yes there website crashed a few months ago and took 6wks to get back up and running but once that was done our claims were paid,I had one bill that was rejected because I did not have proof of payment only the bill once I sent in the copy of my credit card statement the bill was paid in about three weeks .
Our case mangement person at IMG Angi Shireman has been super she has guided us thru this process making things super easy and is always there with immediate answers to any questions we might have either by phone or email.
So all we can say is we are very pleased with IMG and would suggest if you purchase there product ask alot of questions so you know excatly what you are getting.
This has been our experence and we have been paid over tens of thousads of dollars for my treatments so I do not hesitate to give them a five star rating not sure what we would have done without them

Dont be fooled – this is a major medical insurance scam! Just take the time to click on the 'poor' reviews on Trustpilot and read the horrific stories in the last 3 months.

Then dig further and into the past and you will see they NEVER pay out and just steal money from people on all levels.

I had lawyers and advisors dig into this company and its part of a major NYC group who in turn are owned by a Asian Group. Communications to United Healthcare, company executives, their CEO and holding company CEO all went unanswered. Their stories about their system being hacked is an utter lie.

DO NOT waste your time or money with these people – they are low life scam artists.

God help the poor person who really has a serious issue as they will not be paid out and driven into debt or worse – bankruptcy because these scum get away with it… they are shameful parasites… DO not be fooled by the people they have paid to bombard this site with Excellent Ratings….
