All went smoothly with a quick phone call to your company and ordering a kit on your website. I do hope it's a big enough box plus packing material for 39 vhs and camcorder tapes.

When I first purchased on the website it said it was $14.95 to convert a video tape to a DVD they sent me a box I sent it back in and now I'm paying an extra $40 to get it converted into a DVD they lie on their ads to get you to purchase the product then at the end tell you all the hidden fees. Very disappointed in this company they should be upfront and honest on how much it will cost for one Small video tape to convert into a DVD cost me $50. I could've took it somewhere locally to have it done for $20 and wouldn't have to wait for mail time. Waste of time and money

I sent 5 tapes in. They took over 6 months to reply and then told me the vhs tapes were from a television series. Now 2 months later after charging me for all the tapes supposedly they say that their are 2 other vhs tapes in my order and quote "saying dear customer the media enclosed with your recent order was not purchased with your order if you would like to process these items send back to us with ups label. These guys are frauds! Do not trust this company. Send your vhs tapes to costco it is cheaper and way way faster to bring into a Costco and you know you are not getting ripped off

Sent in a vhs tape of my family telling our history. I have watched it, my daughters have watched it. They charged me to convert the tape.

I received no digital file, and when I asked them, I was told it was an adult film. I SAW THE TAPE, IT NEVER LEFT MY CARE!

SCAM, DO NOT PAY THEM. Ssend your precious family memories to anyone else.

I place my order, I send my VCRs to be convert in DVDs, after 4 month they send my VCRs back and no DVDs, after I call, they want mire money for thonthing that I paid all ready

I sent them an old VHS tape. I didn't know the state of the video bc we do not have a VCR. I was given a quote but never told that the tape was virtually unviewable. When I received my DVD, I could not be more disappointed that I paid $50 for squiggly lines. IMemories certainly could have warned me about the quality before suckering me into plunking down the additional money.

This service is exactly what I was looking for. We have dozens of old VHS tapes from the 1980s of our family containing so many precious memories of family members who have since passed. For the past 10 to 15 years they were just old tapes we could no longer enjoy as our VHS player died long ago. They are not made any more so I could not transfer the video to digital at home by myself (like I would even have the skill or the time to that at home). I was so fortunate to discover Imemories offered that service for under $12 per tape. They made it so easy! I got the shipping box, filled it, and mailed it at FEDEX. Done! A couple of weeks later I got an email with detailed easy to follow steps to find our family treasure digitized on their cloud. It was easy to download and store on thumb drives to share with family members. Everyone was thrilled to see family members again and warm in their memories. I am extremely very satisfied and thrilled Imemories offers this amazing service at such a terrific value. Very grateful!

For my parents Anne I sent in all out home movies and some old photo slides. Sending it was quick and easy, and I could veiw them on my phone before I received the DVD! My mother said it was the best present she ever received. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny to see my parents smile!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! They truly went above and beyond for me! My husband and I were able to watch our wedding video on our 25th wedding anniversary which meant so much to us! They returned my order quickly and were very reasonably priced! My husband did a lot of research prior to sending our old films to just anyone, and he said this is the place. He was right!

Patty got right on fixing my situation of overdue service. I'm enjoying great reproduction of fond memories now. Ones all digital work is done I anticipate my originals will be returned. Thanks For fixing things up Patty you're great

I am very satisfied with my experience with iMemories! Whenever I had questions, which was about 4 or 5 times, I called and was greeted with friendliness and willingness to help by the iMemories staff. They answered my questions and even helped me by looking at the same screen on my computer! At first, I was embarrassed about being so computer illiterate, but your staff made me feel at ease, even when I had made a mistake and they had to help me fix it. Great service! I loved the format of the videos. I would highly recommend this company. Just a side note: only send in the pictures that are important to you. The cost is not cheap, so only send pics or videos you want to view frequently or pass on to family. It's also great to share your iMemories with your children and ex-spouse.

I have tried several times but cannot get dvd's onto my computer. Apparently THE ONLY ACCESS I will have is by paying rent for iCloud access. Waste of money

My original videos on Mini DV were sharp and clear. The digital conversions are very grainy – not happy at all with the quality. They also charged me for items they couldn't convert due to copyright (old VHS tapes). Then there is the bait and switch where they suddenly want to charge a fee to keep access to the cloud storage. So I downloaded all my videos to my computer and I'm done with iMemories forever. Do not recommend.

Four out of our six tapes had been previously used and recorded over which makes the conversion more difficult. However, at no additional charge, IMemories redid the 4 at no extra charge but with special attention to getting the quality better. I am pleased with the quality and also with the customer care.

I was under the impression our tapes would be enhanced, the quality improved and put on something to have for a lifetime…..the quality is poor and its on an icloud. Okay, well I am not very computer savvy so this does not really help me that much. A lot of money spent for nothing! Oh and I have to pay $50/month to maintain use of my videos to be able to view and share? Makes no sense to me!

After I was told a tape could not be transferred due to copyright issue, I went ahead to purchase 16 hours or 8 DVD's. Two weeks later a rep called me saying that, yes they can put that 6.5 minute interview program on a DVD, but it would cost me $9.99. Since it was imemories fault, I ask to put it on at the end of a new DVD 1, which had room and send me an updated DVD. They said no and I would have to pay for a new DVD. Again, I paid it, the DVD was out of sink by date and Imemories would not accept any blame for the contradiction of information and of course paided more money. That is why I was not satisfied.
