I recently 1 week ordered i6 HRC and delivered on time. I was trying to charge it but it is not charging. It really frustrated 3 days waiting and it is not working. I was trying to contact support team(there is no contact no) through email couple of times. But no one responded yet. I recommend every one not to buy this product.

I have had a number of issues with purchasing. This is my third band I had to purchased. It took me awhile to get in contact with anyone but I finally was able and they helped me out.
I wish that the customer service was better but once I got a hold of someone they were very helpful.

The glass broke after it had unclasped from my wrist. Cheap glass and clasp.

Bought the watch on indiegogo campaign
After several months the watch couldnt charge any more – the charging Pins on the backside of the watch werde oxidated and the watch was useless for me ! I asked for help – the Company did Not help – they just told me to send them the watch on my Own Costs and they would fix it but i would have to pay for it again!!! Very disappointed!!! Baddest customer experiance!!!

I purchased one of the watches for my daughter. Although the actual watch has no problems, the straps did prove to be problematic. However the customer service has been absolutely amazing, and the replacements are already on route to me. Great service guys, really appreciate your assistance.

Way to big and heavy!! it won't stay on my wrist right, keeps wanting to turn because the face of watch is so heavy. It's way to thick gets hung up on everything.

Bought a new watch was sent a heavily used one. Support sorted issue and I'm satisfied with the eventual outcome.

There was a mistake to my order and they refund me the cost of the product. Thats really important.

Excellent appearance. Never have been able to get Alexa to work.

Update:The company reached out immediately to offer to replace or refund. The customer service contact had changed. In light of that I am changing to 3 stars.

It was OK at first, but wouldn't hold a charge within days of receiving. I sent a request to speak with someone in customer service, but no one got back to me. I guess I will go back to a Garmin or try a Fit but.

Screen went black after 2 days and nothing can fix it. Zero response from imco.

Edit: received a reply and a refund.

The product works just as well or better than claimed at very low price
