Imagely produces a set of wordpress plugins, including NextGen Gallery, one of the most widely used photo galleries online.
I recently had some billing confusion with imagely and contacted customer services. They responded promptly and immediately sorted the issue entirely to my satisfaction.

I have never seen any support as bad as this one. Now they have been stalling me for 2 weeks without any help at all
