I have had an unfair advantage as I represented your company through our company for many years. Sold your tours to many, many happy travelers or I wouldn鈥檛 have continued. I also had the privilege to travel with my group for one tour and go as an authentic traveler on another. You are detailed, concise and very straightforward. Loved everything about Image tours. I am a happy camper!

If it would let me give a negative 100 I would. This company is being a BULLY regarding an upcoming Europe trip and COVID-19. They are giving my husband and myself ONE option regarding choices with our deposit / trip insurance. This is something we have never seen before and to think anyone should be FORCED to either lose their money or go on a trip they do NOT feel comfortable going on within the next year or two is absolutely crazy ! I had to cancel a cruise in March including air and a weekend getaway in April including air with NO HASSLE GETTING A FULL REFUND. Image Tours will NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME and I will tell everyone we travel with and come across while traveling exactly what kind of company they are……a true bully in every sense of the word…..They have my money and they refuse to give it back…..not a company I will deal with again.
In response to their response…….exactly what I stated originally……every other trip company I have dealt with have been above board, understanding of the situation, and refunded 100% of my money. Imagine Tours in their response states that refunding my money regardless of situation is not an option. Their solution is kicking the can down the road and keeping my money.

Everything on the tour was well-planned with the traveler in mind regarding length of days/hotel stays and tours, accommodations, tour manager (very well-versed in the each country's history, culture, art), and food. It was a memorable trip that will be once-in-a-lifetime highlight! The bonus was that the other travelers on the trip were so friendly and cooperative. Some of us are still in touch with each other.

Our Heart of Europe Circle tour was amazing! The amount of things we did in the time we had never would have been possible without the expertise of Image Tours. Our tour guide, Rita, was warm, funny, and most important, knowledgeable. I can鈥檛 wait to book another tour through them.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable, the only complained I had was, all the hotels was all 2 star on my opinion.

Great tour through the United Kingdom and Ireland. Tour guide was wonderful, bus drivers were both highly skilled and extremely personable, Hostess was the best! Would definitely book an Image Tour again.

The itinerary was pretty brutal at the end of the trip. Maybe start in Rome and end in Paris.

We loved our Scandinavia and Baltic Highlights Tour with Image Tours! Richard was an amazing tour guide and Ton an excellent bus driver. Richard made sure to anticipate the needs of the group and go out of his way to make sure they were all met. The sights we saw on the tour were breathtaking and interesting. We were just talking yesterday about going on the same tour again since we enjoyed it so much! Can't wait to book our next Image Tour!

We had a great time. Everything was on time. The food and entertainment were wonderful. Driver and tour manager did a super job. Would recommend to everyone.

WWII European trip with Fred Pot- trip
of a lifetime!!

I have been home for about a week now from the Heart of Europe Circle Tour and I just want to say for the first time for myself to be out of the US was absolutely amazing. Our tour manager was so informational and enthusiastic. She made sure we all got a few "oofies" while in Europe. And our driver WOW he was fantastic. The things we saw, places we went and the food we ate was all wonderful, and I don't drink beer but I had to try and I enjoyed. Thank you Image Tours and your staff for making this girl a happy world traveler and wants to do it again soon.

Image has been a great tour company. This was our third time to go with them. The tour guides and bus drivers have been wonderful and have provided lots of history about the places we visited. Image includes more meals than many companies with several dinners including beer or wine. Additional tour guides are furnished for some areas which give you more in depth description and history of some of the cities. Image also takes care of getting luggage off the bus and to the room and loads it in the morning. Overall Image provides a great experience for a reasonable price.

Outstanding experience made largely by the tour guide and driver.

Saw and experienced places we never would have seen on our own. The guide and driver were very helpful. The castles were each unique and we found some unexpected ones. Local guides brought their own information about their areas and their price was very evident. Optional excursions brought more experiences. Our guide was great about recommending places to see during our free time. The memories will last a lifetime.

We loved the Scandinavia & Baltic States tour. We got to see an area of Europe we had not been to and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Our European Circle Tour was amazing!!!!
We saw 7 countries in 15 days and drove 2600 miles. Our bus driver, Ed was a gem, making us feel so safe along the way.
Tour Manager, Ger was a walking history book with extreme patience and kindness in all situations. We loved him. He put his heart and soul into his job. You could tell he simply loves Europe and loves sharing his knowledge! A very personable gentleman who made our vacation a wonderful experience!!!

Great trip. Would travel with Image Tours again. It was a well plan trip. All what we expected. Tour manager Anita was great and very knowledgeable. The bus driver was super. He was very helpful.

Busy tour but not overwhelming, great hotels and food, our tour guide was very knowledgeable of every countries history, we strongly recommend this trip, I was a traveler who had never been to Europe,or traveled overseas. This tour was a good opportunity to experience 7 countries in one trip

Excellent service, excellent timing, excellent tours!

It was a fun trip, driving around 6 countries in Europe. Enjoyed the trip to Venice and Amsterdam. Paris visit left something to be desired. Couldn鈥檛 see the Louvre. Couldn鈥檛 spend time at Eiffel Tower. Hotel in Paris and Venice were not at most convenient location.

My husband and I traveled on the heart of Europe tour in may. I loved every minute of it. We saw so much in a short time..every country had its own charm and highlights. Our bus driver did a great job, touring us across Europe..got us in some small places with ease. The best part was our amazing tour guide,Minni, he had so much knowledge of everywhere we went, had a great sense of humor, and knew how to fix any problem. I would take his tours again. I even learned a little Dutch. Great time great tour!!!

Our experience was excellent. Guides were knowledgeable and pleasant and patient. Our bus driver was skillful. We always felt safe. The places we saw were interesting and guides were informative.
