Like the reviewer previous to me, I have ordered from Image Frames and had an email confirmation; the money has also been taken out of my account. It's now been 18 working days since I placed my order and I haven't heard a thing – I have tried to call on numerous occasions but there is no answer, and my email has also had no response. If my order is delayed for some reason, that's fine, but it's the fact that I haven't been updated since I placed my order. It's a shame as everything up until this point was great. #5000481

I'm afraid I'm with the last reviewer on this. I ordered on 14th June, payment has been taken from my card but I have heard nothing since. I'm not particularly in a hurry for the frame but have been trying to contact Imageframes by phone and e-mail to get some idea of timescale. The phone just rings and then eventually disconnects and my e-mail has gone unanswered. I assumed that the company had gone out of business but then found reviews from people who have had recent dealings with them. All in all pretty poor so far. If you read the comments on your site please contact me as I don't seem to be able to speak to you. My order number is #5000510

Excellent personal customer service, nothing too much trouble and an order executed to perfection even though it was a double aperture mount which must have been one of their smallest orders! Not going anywhere else in future and would highly recommend.

Very happy with the beautiful mirror i ordered …. exactly what i was hoping for and more looks amazing. And was very impressed with the packaging, the mirror came in immaculate condition due to it being so well packaged. Nice to recieve a product from a company with out any damage.

I have purchased quite a number of frames from Image Frames and have always been pleased with the quality of the service they provide. Ordering and choosing a frame is made very easy. As I do cross stitch projects, having a made to measure frame is important. I can also take a photograph of my finished work and upload it onto their website in order to have an idea of how it will look in a particular frame. Until I found Image Frames I steered clear of completing any project that wouldn't fit in a standard size frame, but now I purchase with confidence and I am very impressed with the speed of their delivery. When asked to do so, they provided a sample of frame which arrived next day. I can certainly recommend them and hope to be ordering from them in the future

Great quality of customer service and delivery

I have bought quite a few frames from here, and with such a good choice I can always find just what I'm looking for at a fair price.

Good service – pleased with both mounts and frames bought. Only difficulty experienced was when buying a two layer mount for an existing frame; I found the directions on sizing unclear and had to cut a little off the delivered mount.
