i own and use Fruity Loops 20 producer edition & had a few probs in the past which nearly made me want to switch platform because the standard producer plugins are more built for electronica type music & the good sounds are pretty passive and need alot of EQ… prod edition is great for recording & you can make some fairly decent music & beats but after recently buying Sawer PoiZone & toxic biohazard with a 30% discount ive started to make way better music with much less effort, still costed 拢180 for the 3 but ive found it to be a good investment after pondering for months…. i aim to buy everything i like in FL bit by bit.. i still need some elaboration on my account saying i can buy Sytrus though as i already own sytrus with the producer pack?, if its a big expansion or an overhaul version id be in. Flex is good but isnt great but if this gets read by Image line Please bring out a better version called Flexxtra or something for the paying customers of fl just so we dont get the same as the demo version of flex!!

I've used FL Studio for more than 10 years, and never had a problem with them. Don't understand all these malcontents complaining about 'poor customer service'. If you are sharing your account or license with friends and ImageLine ban your account, its because they have every right to, its called a 'license agreement'. Just because you pay for software, doesn't mean you can ignore ToS or be a complete jerk when the company contacts you.

I order a product from image-line and I wasn鈥檛 satisfied so 3 days ago I requested my refund I鈥檓 not satisfied and I don鈥檛 want it I tryed speaking to them they offering me a new registration code I鈥檓 not interested and I just want my money back

I naively bought the Fruity edition (and spent a fortune on it) before reading through the comparison page.

If you want to buy FL Studio, buy the Producer edition.

Best site for music software

I've had an Image Line account for probably 10 years, and I've bought several plugins from them and FL Studio. All of a sudden, I can't log in to my account. I contact Image Line about this and they repeatedly ignore me; constantly closing my ticket without answering my questions. WORST CUSTOM SERVICE EVER! I will go out of my way to never use their software again. Never buy Image Line.

Buyers beware. This company has not customer service and if you ever have the unfortunate idea to give an honest opinion about their poorly designed mobile app, their developers will go about trying to attack your comments and be very dismissive. This is beyond terrible and akin to harassment on some cases. As soon as you have paid, their true colors show : you will discover all their support is is really a message board where they censor any criticism with 0 actual technical support.

This company is pretty shady and incredibly disrespectful to customer. Buyers beware, once they get your money they don't care for being customer oriented. I posted a Google review about how confusing their mobile app was. The developers (because they have mo actual customer service and 0 care for client) proceeded to reply 5 times to me telling me I don't know what reviews are for, I should get some help etc. Shocking. I will post that on Twitter. This is not ok to treat your paying client like that.

Imageline has a very very poor customer service "no contact from them and or time delays and hold ups".

The downloaded Installer contains a virus called OpenCandy.

My AV-Security stops the download, before it has finished.
The Software can not be installed, because the installer in incomplete.

Are you crazy to cooperate with a Virus Developer? Shame on you!!

FL Studio is a program for making music. It's very popular, but rather expensive to buy.

Good site, excellent software, reasonable offers and licensing conditions. Once bought, you get free updates and you may install it on as many PCs as you want. Very fair!

Safe website, very good presentation, no underlying malicious iframes or scripts. Overall a brilliantly maintained site. However – recently came to the attention on the forums and on the site itself of image-line.cxm is that they are packing their demos with OpenCandy software. The link below proves this;

I'd be careful since it is been titled as spyware. Keep safe.

Image Line is the official creator, provider and founder of FL Studio, a fabulous and world-renown program for creating and sharing music and plug-ins. Well worth the money for those who know how to use it.
