Terrible customer service. I bought a necklace 3 weeks ago and asked for an exchange, the girl Kennedy Clarke, Marketing and Customer Service Assistant started off very helpful and told me to send the necklace back and they would send me out a replacement.

I got the necklace sent back first class tracked and it arrived with Image Gang within a few days. 6 emails later and I've still had no responce from them. Their Instagram page is full of people in the comments section asking someone to respond to their emails.
