I Luv Fabrix is not a legitimate business. On June 5,2020, my son ordered, and paid for, 40 yards of fabric. It was "lost" in transit and never arrived. On September 10, he requested a refund. Today is November 3, nearly five months after the original order, and the refund has not yet been processed. We have begun the Small Claims Court process.

Great site for anyone interested in designer fabrics at discounted prices. Michelle was very helpful in recommending particular fabrics. I am thrilled with how well the drapes turned out.

It was my first time buying fabric online so I ordered samples first to be sure of my purchase.
The samples were exactly the colors and quality that I was expecting. I ordered the fabrics and was told delivery would be about 3 weeks. The fabrics arrived faster than expected and they were extremely well packed.
I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them.

I have ordered from Michelle often through the years. I always receive fabric that otherwise would be well beyond my means, as a free lance artist. Because of this company, I have been able to fill my home with really gorgeous upholstery and I am very grateful. Orders fulfilled in a timely manner too.

I just received my latest order of beautiful fabric from Iluvfabrix and the quality is excellent. I have ordered several times in the past and the furniture pieces I purchased for now look super! I purchased and paid $500 extra for rush shipping on January 24, 2018 using paypal to pay $1,059.80 for black velvet fabric. Someone finally called me in March to tell me my order was being shipped from Belguim and it was held up in customs. I finally received THE WRONG fabric on April 6, 2018.
I have been calling, emailing and snail mailing and nobody will return my messages. I have reported them to Pay Pal and filed a report with the police department and the BBB in El Paso. I even returned the fabric with a letter in the hopes they would contact me: NO RESPONSE.

This company is a FRAUD. There are many, many, many complaints exactly like mine. BEWARE and do not shop here! Worst experience I have ever had, and I have lost all of my money. $1,059.80 !!!!!

I continuelly tried to purchase fabric. The site wouldn't work but they called to take my order on a Sunday. I called 3 weeks later bc I never received a receipt and they had drastically over charged my card. They never returned my call about 7 wks later a bolt of fabric arrived. It contained no receipt and it was the wrong fabric. Not even close!! I emailed and called everyday. I have a huge bolt of fabric I can't move that I have no use for…and was charged more. They have never retired my call after 10 days. I even sent pics of the incorrect fabric…vs what i ordered! So I had to dispute the charges with my bank. They left me no choice due to the lack of response and resolution.

Never received my fabric. Refused to return my emails or phone calls. Will never use them or recommend them d kary, md

Unfortunately, I did not receive the surface mailed fabric that I ordered. After a waiting period, Michelle offered a replacement of the order and mailed it priority mail. It did come promptly and I am pleased with it. Thank you.

I have worked with Michelle for years. She is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what any retailer would ever do. I love working with her and look forward to another project soon.

We have been searching for napoleanic fabric for two years. Tryed several decorators and sites to no avail. Found perfect fabric at iLuvFabrix. Beautiful material! See before and after picture of chair.

This warehouse is amazing and the fabric is to die for. Anything you need, you will find here. Michele knows fabric and will bend over backwards to get you what you want or need. The prices are incredible and a true bargain.

My concerns were: that they did not send me an order confirmation immediately (like other online fabric companies do), but I finally received it. Then I asked for a tracking number more than once, which I never received; then Susan called me on a Monday and said I would receive my order that Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday evening I had still not received my order; finally, I received it Saturday morning. If they had just sent me the tracking number, I would have had peace of mind and all of the above could have been avoided. Would I buy from them again? Not sure, their fabrics are lovely and very well priced, but with reading reviews from others I was worried if I would receive my fabric or not. Such a shame, the tracking number would have left me totally enchanted with their product and I would have given them a perfect 5.

I have purchased fabrics from this company for the past six or seven years. Always get great service and great fabrics

What a delight this store is…located in a warehouse with more fabric then you have ever seen…beautiful fabric…not what you usually find in this city…or most cities of this size. I love fabric and could spend hours in this place…as a matter of fact I have.
Michelle knows her stuff and is more than willing to help…LOVE IT…may have to stop in again this week!

I wrote a review earlier and it needs updating. I'm no longer so sure their fabrics are mill ends from well known houses. They have sent me extra swatches for consideration and these extras were not designer fabrics. I now think you are paying full price for the fabrics you are buying unless Michele can prove otherwise. Plus I have received emails from her husband when I complained about something. He is a foul mouthed slob in my opinion. I think he gives away the whole credibility of the site. So since he's such a sleazeball, it makes you wonder about Michele and her nicey, nice demeanor.

Michelle was very helpful in helping me choose a fabric for my sofa. I emailed her regarding my recently redone living room and what she believed would work best. It looks absolutely stunning! The best part was how high quality the fabrics were for such a great price!
