If I could leave zero stars I would. If you knew covid was affecting your shipping time don鈥檛 advertise for 3 day shipping. I don鈥檛 even want it anymore and can鈥檛 even get a response for a refund which is supposedly responded to usually within 鈥?2hrs鈥? First impressions mean the most you guys failed terribly.

Three day shipping my @ss. They are now blaming in the COVID. Ordered in February and it鈥檚 May 4th, still not here. Won鈥檛 reply to emails now.

My wedding band finally arrived. All but a little late I guess that's due to covid19.

I have ordered rings last year and although taking 6 weeks to arrive in UK, they were fantastic.
January of this year I ordered another ring and apart from emails saying it was just being finished off. Another saying watch out for my tracking.
Anyway now into April and I've contacted then many times to explain themselves and apart from 1 email saying these Chinese airlines had been a problem but they would try resolve asap.
I now believe this company may have stopped trading as ilu, a result of the Corona 19 virus,(however is now advertising with another name). The rings when they did arrive last year came from China.
I'm still hoping that I get my ring l, but in all honesty I'm not holding out much hope. Update 11/05/2020, guess what arrived in the post, from China. Better late than never. 18 weeks from order.
Now 4 stars cos' they were really good last year.

UPDATE – received my ring today, despite all the hassle the ring is beautiful. The workmanship is evident.
Order placed February 1, only email received since confirmation of order was "In Process" Go to the store website for tracking information and all you get is a list of shipping companies.
BEWARE if buying from them.

We ordered our rings in Early december. A couple few weeks was requested from ILU. We said OK, The Date today is March 17th,2020… More than 3 months later I have bubble gum or steam. There all out of bubble gum and all the steam cant buy a hot hot dog. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a scam as I have read… shame on me for falling for this. Very Disapointed. Unless something drastic happens soon, please DO NOT PATRONIZE this FALSE Company.

Avoid!…they are nothing more than online scammers. No purchase after 8 weeks and no email replies. Shop elsewhere unless you like throwing money away.

This outfit is a scam. I ordered a item and have waited 6 weeks and is still has not shipped. any review or comment I have left on their Facebook account was deleted. don't waste you time and money with these guys….

Store advertises "3 day shipping" but then claims "21 days to manufacture" the product. Blatant lie, items are already made and are being shipped on the slow boat from china for that 4-6 weeks.

Don't trust this company and their page! After claiming they deliver within 2-4 weeks (actually their page advertises for 3 days delivery!?), they have still not delivered the item after 6 weeks!
