ILKB Apple Valley is amazing! Best decision I鈥檝e made signing up! It鈥檚 the hardest and most fun workout. All the trainers are supportive and upbeat. The atmosphere is great and there鈥檚 lots of classes to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

I've been a member for about 9 months and have no regrets! I have so much fun going to class. The staff is motivating and friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat. It's great for people of all levels of fitness. We all have goals and they can be achieved at ILKB
