I was searching around trying to find the best price for tenant find, Dixon鈥檚, purple bricks etc were all quoting 拢400-600 inc VAT which was extortionate. I came across ILOVEHOMES and found they did it for 拢199 including vat which is a no brainer. Lee owner came out on the day he was also moving house himself, so he sacrificed that to come and see me to start the process. The whole team was amazing, credit to Charlotte who was also having medical problems but still showed great work ethic to help me find a tenant in 5 days. This company provides a personalised family approach who I HIGHLY recommend to all landlords and tenants. Regards Abz p.s my next property I will be using you 100 percent

Excellent company, great service all round, really polite and friendly, always on the phone with answers to any questions, constantly keeping you up to date of what is going on, work really fast, not a single complaint, would recommend these to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell.

Absolutely disgusting service. Would never recommend to anyone. Listing incorrect photos of properties and unprofessional staff. I viewed a flat to let, the photos of the property were incorrect and were for a different flat altogether, just over the road. I travelled nearly 80 miles to see the property and when questioning the estate agent on why I was viewing a different flat to the one listed I received a shoulder shrug with absolutely no apology. Awful service. False advertisement and no customer service.

I found ilovehomes to be an excellent company. From my initial phone call to arrange a viewing right through to completion and to finding a tenant for my property, all the staff have been very efficient and friendly. The whole process was carried out very smoothly! Their charges are also very competitive compared with some of the larger estate agents. I have been totally satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.
