I bought a vest about 6 months ago off Instagram which never arrived. Avoid this company as they are crooks who want to steal your money.

I bought a vest that looked great in the photo but looked like a costume in person….cheap. And was tiny and I ordered xxl. The return is sketchy and it took a month to arrive.

CONSUMER ALERT!!! Please order merchandise on this site at your ownperil. My experience: I ordered 4 shirts on November 25, 2019. Out of 4 items I received only I item. This item was supposed to be large size. Item received though labeled large was small

I requested refund for the balance of $53.00. It is now 2/12/2020, more that 2 months after I placed my order and despite more than 10 emails they have not refunded my money and have stopped communicating with me.
Their English is poor and have a hard time communicating. They use different representatives each time from two email addresses
habacity.com and yatacity.com. PLEASE, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED "COMPANY" You will be in for a rude surprise and lose your money

Scam site of all scam sites

There homepage tell you they have a cancellation policy. I used that in time but only got several email exchanges with a robot within weeks.
The last email was 'we are happy to deliver'.

They totally ignored my cancellation nor I ever received my order.

Only contact email they have is Yatacityshop.com which is another fake site.

The only purpose of this site is to burn money.

This seems fraudulent to me. I ordered an item in November. Didn't receive the item weeks later. I submitted a request on their website to check on the status of my item. I got a response saying I would have the item 2 weeks ago but I never received anything. This doesn't seem legitimate to me.1/10/2020 update: I did receive my item and it is what I ordered so I have to correct my earlier criticism.

Haven't received anything after a month, nor have they reached out to me, through email, or anything…..THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 weeks and nothing from this company since the confirmation of my order on Nov 30 2019. I thought I would have it in time for Christmas but not even a shipping confirmation. If I don鈥檛 get a response or a delivery I will have to contact my creditors and report it as fraud.

Bad quality products, size don't match either, products don't match images. Bad customer service. I doubt that they even understand English because they keep asking the same questions and don't listen to what you say. Would never buy in this store again

Didn鈥檛 want to award this site any stars at all. Am flabbergasted that people can d this and get away with it. In the interest of brevity I ordered clothing from this company and still haven鈥檛 had either my money or the goods I ordered. Did a reverse photo lookup and found loads of these Shopify sites with the same clothes, with varying degrees of sophistication. I suggest this is not the first time they鈥檝e done this sort of thing.
