Still awaiting my refund from 9 years ago

DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!
Ordered Shawl and handbag on line. Payment took (拢50.00). Nothing recieved. Didn't answer emails, letters or the phone. 18 months down the line and still NEVER spoken to anyone.

Ignore old reviews – all is changed. Exemplary service under new management. I made an online enquiry late one night and had an email at 7.06 the next morning (YES, the NEXT morning!), with a follow up call later in the morning. The goods have just arrived within 48 hours of my first communication. WOW. A complete turnabout of quality with new ownership.

H4heaven has been under new ownership now since October 2010. The previous owners left a mess for the current owners to clean up and we apologise for any problems prior to the takeover. The site is due to have a complete upheaval over the next month and a new more functional site will be available.

I bought some scaves from the website and when they arrived I had chosen the wrong colours. I contacted the owner who has bent over backwards, discussing at lengths my requirements, sending extra photos etc. to make sure that I got what I needed for our wedding. I had seen the negative reviews on here and really wanted people to know that it is under new management that really does go out of its way to look after its customers.

H4heaven changed ownership as of 8 November 2010. We are committed to providing a professional, fast service and excellent quality products . We understand that there may be a few customers with outstanding issues and will be happy to look into and resolve any problems prior to our ownership.

I ordered a throw for my bed and paid for it. Nearly a month later I still have no bedcover and my money has been taken. No response to phone calls or emails. RUBBISH!

I ordered 3 pashmina in june. I still haven't got them. They don't reply to my emails. Bad bad bad!!!!! Don,t use them!!!

DONT USE THEM AS YOU WILL PAY 拢3.49 FOR POSTAGE WAIT 10 DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO ARRIVE THEN HAVE TO PAY SOME MORE POSTAGE AT THE DOOR 拢1.80 AS THERE WILL BE NO POSTAGE PAID ON THE ITEM AND WHEN YOU TRY AND RETURN ITEM AND OBTAIN A RMA NUMBER FROM THEM THEY WILL REFUSE TO REPLY TO EMAILS OR PICK UP THEIR PHONE – VERY DISHONEST COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered and paid for 1st class recorded delivery for this item 10 days ago. I've received nothing, they don't respond to my emails, the customer telephone line goes to voicemail, they don't respond to messages and the head office telephone number is unobtainable. Please be sure before placing any order.

WARNING: BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. The company has apparently been dissolved but is still taking orders and payment.
The website looked fine and I ordered a shawl from this site because they promised First Class (signed for) Next Day Delivery. I received an email confirming my order but when the package didn't turn up I went back to their website only to find a message saying 'Your order does not exist.' I left a phone message then tried another number and got the message 'This number is unavailable.' I then checked out the company at Company House and discovered it had been dissolved. I sent then an email requesting clarification but got no answer.
Two days later I received another email saying my order had been dispatched but their online tracking service still had no mention of it and it was not delivered the following day. It was finally delivered the day after (once I'd given up on them and bought another shawl). The colour was perfect but the material was flimsy and of rather poor quality though it looked fine from a distance.
Since I never received any personalised reply to my emails or phone calls I would not recommend using this site.

I ordered 3 scarves in November – they never arrived, despite payment being taken immediately (拢44) – I shall take this matter further. Avoid this company. they are CROOKS!!!!

I placed an order for 4 shawls whiich were never delivered. Their phone number doesn't work and no reply to any emails. It seems to be a running sore with a lot of their customers I just wish I had read the complaints before I gave them my order. They are a disgrace!

they ARE crooks. I ordered an item which arrived and was not as described. I sent it back, oh, several months ago and nothing…no reply to e-mails, phone number does not connect. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!

i ordered a pashmina over 2 months ago from this website and stiill have not recieved it!! their phone number does not work and they did not reply to my emails! spread the word, these people are scam artists and crooks!!!!!!!
