4 stars because of price. Seems kind of steep for both product and shipping. Otherwise 5 stars for fulfilling the order without issue. I could find this filter no where else so I guess that would explain the price.

I had a wonderful experience with the H20 labs 300SS … until rust started appearing on the inside of the body in the bottom and at the fill line of the unit after only 2 years of use. Pretty disappointing – I spent the extra for the SS model to get something durable?

This is my second order with H2O Labs and I am totally satisfied with the products, service and shipping. I bought the Model 300 to distill water for use in our humidifiers because tap water and even regular bottled water caused this horrible white dust that settled on everything including windows. Last winter I bought distilled water in gallons jugs and by the end of our cold NH winter I was sick and tired of lugging water around. The Model 300 was the answer to my problem and the added benefit is that now I can drink our tap water which I never liked the taste of because it's loaded with minerals and sulphur. I ordered an extra glass carafe to make it easier – one is for storage and one is always being used at the machine.

They sent exactly what I ordered in very good time. I Love my H2O distiller!

Got my distiller a few weeks ago, and have been running it twice a day, stocking up water for myself( I鈥檝e been drinking distilled water for almost 1&1/2 year now and have wanted to buy my own instead of buying and drinking from plastic… love it!

I live in the state of Florida were we have good drinking water, but I never imagine what was in it until I purchased my unit and amazing it is, I only drink water from my unit, It is so good my wife and I ordered 2 more for my son's. I highly recommend having one, your life is going to change.

Easy as using a coffee machine!
After figuring lime scale level in our particular water supply, quickly established a schedule for cleaning.
No more lugging water from the store, plastic bottle recycling, just great-tasting water, better taste than from the store!

I bought my distilled water maker from them years ago. It works amazingly and saves me running to the store to spend money on water. I have also bought all supplies I have needed from them over the years. They are prompt, efficient and the prices are reasonable. Shipping from England adds to the price but worth it.

Replacing old container with new one. New one looks and performs great. Bought the silicone ring too, the one on the unit is becoming a little stiff.

I have run hundreds of gallons of water thru my distiller and the only thing I have had to do is replace the lid gasket.
