My husband and I fell in love with and purchased a home built in the 1800's that we wanted to bring back to life. In theory it was a great idea, in reality it's been a challenge. We needed to replace all the interior stair balusters, hand rails and newel posts and the same along with columns on the exterior wrap around porch and exterior stairs, and wanted to duplicate the unique features of what was existing. Little did I know it would not be that simple or at least I thought. After contacting several companies who either did not get back to me, felt the time involved to pull all of this together to provide a quote or simply were not interested, which I fully understood I wasn't really sure what to ask for or exactly what we needed. Until I spoke with one of the salespeople at H. Arnold, she was incredibly patient, simplified the questions so I knew exactly what to provide her with and did an amazing job guiding me through the entire process. The quote my husband and I were provided was detailed, accurate and within our budget. We placed our order and product was delivered on time and made exactly as they told me it would be; the quality was just beautiful. Our builder has finished most of the installation and it's more than I could have imagined. We are very thankful to have found H. Arnold and would highly recommend them – Deb and Ryan T
