This seriously has to stop, the customer service is nowhere near existing… shopping in the store is ok… but when you place an order twice (by mistake and i know it was my fault) and you texst then 10 minutes after if they can cancell the order, i was met by a incompetent lady who just told me no 鈥榥ot accept the order鈥?which is kinda hard when they put it directly in the mailbox. After that i hear nothing even though i try to get in contact w her. After that i get a another mail which says that the order can be cancelled within the first hour. Which the first lady did not do, and just ghosted my mails.

What the hell is this? I鈥檓 so tired of your non existing customer support/service.

Please do something about this, i鈥檓 starting to consider shopping elsewhere

Today I have visited Frederiksberg centeret branch and have faced the worst possible behavior from one of staff.
At the time of purchase, I gave my phone to staff to activate one of the coupons from the HM app but he instead of activating only one coupon he activated all of them. When question about this, he started talking (shouting) in a threatening manner walked out from the till. When I told him that that his behavior is rude, and he cannot behave like this ,he shouted in front of other customers that I can complain to any one I want, and he does not care about this.
I must say this is one of the worst experiences I have with HM and I must say I am fully shocked.
