I purchased a Haglofs Hoodie and received it quickly. Unfortunately, even thought the hoodie was very high quality, just like any other Haglofs clothing, I wasn't fully satisfied with the color so I ended up returning it. The customer service I received from staff was absolutely great: they replied to my questions quickly all along and tried to accomodate me as they could. They refunded the full payment immediately after receiving the hoodie I had shipped back. I can only recommend them if you are interested in Haglofs or outdoor clothing.
