Ordered a jacket for my husband late October that was too small. Due to hustle and bustle of the holidays and school, I just got around to exchanging it last weekend. Went to one mall that did not have the correct size so we went to get store credit and order it online (which had his size). Because we were past the 30 day return policy, we could only do in store exchanges. They don't give store credit. We could not order the correct size online with store credit. WHAT. I'm literally saying I will still give you my money, I would just like the correct size that is not currently in your store.

I researched where I could find the correct size at another local store. I called to put it on hold (that was a nightmare in and of itself). Like other reviewers have said, it's a huge center that takes care of your call. They say that have it all set up for me (after a few calls from me) and they go to transfer my call to the store. After 5 minutes of waiting, my call gets dropped (total of 30 minutes on the phone working on this so far). I call back, explain, they transfer me to the store. They get my information, confirm everything and continue to ask which mall I'm calling from…? Eventually I clearly communicated I'm just a normal customer, not another mall.

I go to exchange and pick up the jacket today, and it's not even the correct size. The store did NOT have any jacket my desired size because apparently they don't even carry jackets that large (which online using the 'find in-store' said they did have them).

Terrible policy, I just want a correctly sized jacket, and at this point I would prefer to not even support H&M financially.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Whatever they tell you for shipping are false and after waiting a month to get my products they are wrong. Ship the whole works back only to find out that they have 30 days after they get it back to refund me, after there own notice says 3-5 days.
Don't waste your time with these guys, honesty is not one of there policies

It had been over a year since I shopped here and not really sure why I stopped shopping there but I recently decided to purchase a double-pocket felted shirt jacket. It surpassed my expectations. It fits true to size and excellent quality.

Shipping was pretty fast, about 7 business days, which is always great.

It has been a while since I shopped at HM.com but I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping more here.

I made an order on black friday and half of it came two months later. The other half was supposedly canceled for being out of stock but I was still charged the full amount. I had to wait two months for a package that didn't come. I bought from 8 other stores on black friday and every single package came within a week so the excuse of the "corona pandemic" is just a pathetic attempt to cover up the fact that H&M's online shipping system is complete garbage.

Was told 12-15 days to get here… 25 days later it's still "waiting to get to a USPS facility." Tracking hasn't updated since the 5th, when they said it was shipped. I've called customer service twice and they told me to just wait. I will absolutely never shop on this website again.

This place is awfully… after a month of telling me by package is stuck in wear house I receive an email saying they received my return and a refund has been issued. Called customer service to let them know package never left wear house and i' m still waiting on my order. Long store short, since it has been refunded nothing they can do about it now. Awful customer service, I will never be shopping with H&M again.

For a company that made an estimated 1.8 billion dollar profit last year, they have invested little into shipping efficiency. Ordered a week and a half ago, received first update email today.

"We haven't forgotten about you. Your order will be prepared soon."

In the words of Drew Gooden, circa the Vine years: "Uh yeah, I sure hope it does."

Seems like a common problem for h&m unfortunately.

I received an email saying that my package was delivered, but it wasn't, when I called H&M customer service to report this issue they told me that it can take up to 21 days after the original delivery time for the package to be delivered. This was unacceptable since this was a gift for my son. When I requested a reimbursement they just hang up on me. I call several times after and they just keep hanging up on me.

While shopping in store is pretty good, online experience was NIGHTMARE. Processing time took 2+ weeks, then after 1 month order never was delivered and most likely lost. They provided UPS tracking, and no any updates meaning it stuck in H&M facility somewhere. Customer service on the phone is cold, rude and unprofessional, constantly interrupting and "I dont' give a f…" attitude. My last online order ever with them…

No one has gotten in touch with me. My orders haven't shipped and now i'm reading these comments… everywhere else seems to be able to get their $#*! together but not H&M i really hope $#*! gets sorted out! Absolutely horrible.

Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too

Purchased online, paid for next day shipping. Ordered delayed, then never got it.

They won't give a refund. Said to wait 1 month. Worst "manager" I've ever spoken to on the phone.

I ordered a pair of jeans on 9/7/20 and it has been 10 days now and they keep sending me an email that shipment is delayed. I did more research and they were having shipment problems way back in 2018 and are now using Covid19 as an excuse. I ordered clothes from unknown websites during pandemic and received them in couple of days, for a billion dollar company unable to deliver on time to customers is poor business. I will never order from them again. The

Although the CDC states that covid is rarely passed by touching anything, H&M won't let people even try things on over their clothes. You have to buy it and return if doesn't fit. How is my trying it on at home going to leave less germs on the clothes than in the store? People can still touch, carry around and sneeze or cough on the items and hang them back up. How do they expect people to buy clothes without trying them? Do they want to go out of business?

I am giving this zero stars because the shipping service was horrible. I waited two months for H&M to tell me that they LOST MY PACKAGE and they did not even care to give my money back or ship out a new package. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THEM 20 TIMES. I am not even exaggerating and. They did not even do anything about it, they gave me the same answer every time. I lost a lot of money and they still don't care. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.

Horrible. Received a wrong size of the item, was waiting for a good amount of time and of course right now the right size of the item is NOT AVAILABLE. Great. I needed this item for something special. The lady on the phone wasn鈥檛 helpful at all. Disappointed.

Metro centre .. Aug 4 .. appallingly slow staff and service not enough tills on ..queues on both floors were totally ridiculous and much more dangerous than a second till which is a safe distance from the other and would get people in and out faster. I only waited as I needed to return items had I been buying I鈥檇 have put them down and left.

Horrible just horrible.. they are the biggest cheat ever. They firstly deliver wrong product and later after you return they don't even refund the money.. after constant calling whn they receive your call you are made to wait like hell.. customer service is worse. A BIG NO TO H&M.

VEry very bad customer service…the second time it happend to me that they forgot to scan an item which I returned in the store…it already seems like there is a system behind it!!!! I am so super mad, that they let me pay for something that I have returned…sure I could have checked it right after, but I trusted them and just found out at home…now I have to fight with them, cause of course I will not pay for something which I brought back!

Still haven't received an acknowledgement email to confirm they have recieved my returned order even though it was Royal Mail tracked and its saying its been delivered. Quick enough to accept a payment yet can't retrieve monies owed back, I shall take my custom elsewhere this has been far to long for my liking!
