DO NOT BUY from this website or the websites it's related to manugeardotcom. I placed an order, and while the payment was processed through a separate service and the charge shows still on my credit card statement, I did not receive confirmation that the order was placed. Although the website has a Contact Us page and secure URL, there are big red flags that I wish I'd spotted earlier. Here are a few below:

鈥?They use images and videos of other products and label them just similarly enough to think that you're buy that brand item but upon closer inspection, you'll notice they don't call out the actual brands (e.g. Bowflex, NordicTrack, etc) even if they use their images and videos.
鈥?The contact us page shows a phone number for customer support but if you attempt to call it, it won't go through past a single ring and no one ever answers. I've attempted this day after day for the past 3 days.
鈥?The chat customer support on their website goes unanswered for days鈥擨've yet to hear back.
鈥?The contact form I sent another communication through also went ignored
鈥?Attempts to directly email them have gone unanswered
鈥?I found their Facebook page which had 3 comments from other people asking for what the status of their order is, and that they've not received any confirmation of items being shipped. I also posted a comment about my experiences above. Moments later, that Facebook group was either taken down or I was blocked/banned from it.
鈥?None of the items listed on their website show legitimate reviews. It's all suspiciously generic testimonials on their home page.
鈥?The contact phone number 1 (800) 621-8968 shows times available as EST, but their headquarter address listed on the website is 1968 S. Coast Hwy #1648, Laguna Beach CA 92651. Furthermore, if you go through to read the "Refund Policy" section, you'll notice that they say to return items to a general address in Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood CA 90069, United States鈥攏o street address shown whatsoever. Odd right? So nothing quite matches up. I'm going to have to dispute this charge with my credit card company directly but please avoid buying from this website to avoid being exploited.
