I'm very happy with their product. We switched from desktop based platform to this online one. Our regret is not switching sooner. The online website integrated sign up feature makes life so much easier, and cuts the staffing needs. Any minor complaints would be that it does alot so there's a learning curve, but you can call their service and they are very friendly. For a small gym, I think this is the best program out there.
