4 weeks ago I received a damaged machine from gympros for which I paid almost $3000. I emailed several times and they were unresponsive. I finally called and got a reply. They did send a repair person to fix the machine but the parts have to be ordered by gympros. After weeks of trying to find out the status of the repair Gympros would not reply to me OR the repair company. They finally ordered SOME of the parts for the machine, BUT NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS. Today (about 10 weeks after my purchase of this broken machine) they sent an email asking if I was satisfied. They are truly UNBELIEVEABLE and uncaring towards their customers. I still have a broken machine 10 weeks after my purchase.
This is DEFINITELY the WORST buying experience I've had in my 40+ years of purchasing items.

Purchased an amt elliptical machine. Salesman was very excited to sell it to me. Made all the promises in the world. When the machine arrived, we had 40 minutes notice from the freight company. Fortunately my wife took photos of the offload. The trucker had the machine partway on the truck and partway on the liftgate. He bounced up and down A few times to get the pallet off the truck. He then made my wife sign for it. Later that night, we had a moving company come to put it in our home. When they unwrapped it, the machine was badly damaged from the jostling on the truck. I emailed them and didn鈥檛 hear back from them for a couple days. I emailed them again, somebody named Brie replied. She asked for photos. I sent her plenty of photos of it on the truck, and unpacked. That was eight days ago. I鈥檝e emailed five times since then. No replies. When I use the machine, it鈥檚 squeals loudly. I鈥檝e emailed them videos of the sound. Something is wrong with this company.

After searching so many sites it was really confusing over the covid with gyms been closed on who could supply me the machine I use at Planet Fitness.Everyone seemed to be sold out but managed to find this at Gym Pros and just received this.
Unit is refurbished and is in awesome condition.

Purchased a Bodysolid exm 3000.Finally found this after trying to locate one in my area everyone was sold out.

Finally received this, however one of the boxes were damaged from shipping.

Called Gympros and they had a new box sent to me.

Purchased a refurbished startrac treadmill from Gympros.
Item arrived in great condition as described. I know buying a used machine has its certain advantages like price however did see the right handle a few scuffs but brushed out with a little wd40

.I wasn鈥檛 expecting this to be brand new but the machine did look awesome aside from this so knew this was refurbished.

Anyway, very happy and appreciate the help from the gym pros team .

Purchased a Startrac 4 series Treadmill brand new from Gympros.

Service was easy and was shipped from manufacture within a 2-4 week time frame as mentioned at time of purchase.

Purchased a Life fitness discover series treadmill.
Machine arrived like new .

Went into Gym pros Torrance store and found my work out machine I use at Equinox .Purchased the Lifefitness discover series Si Rec Bike.
After seeing these priced very high new I opted for the refurbished with warranty. Machine arrived in great condition and knowing I just saved $2000 didn鈥檛 feel to bad either.

Received my Precor RBK 885 Recumbent bike today.Freight was delayed which was frustrating but certain things happen I guess.

Non the less, am exceptionally happy with this product it looks like new as I purchased refurbished.

Ordered a precor 835 Amt online.

I love this machine as it is in my gym and now my gyms closed so found gympros.

Glad I did and they had it in stock unlike other folks out there .Tried 4 different companies with no luck.

Anyway received , happy , life is good.

Finally received my life fitness upright bike.
Was a little Annoyed Having To wait on the freight company however with what GymPros explained of certain conditions to our area under covid it was understood

I bought an AMT elliptical in late July. It showed up complete destroyed, Brie said she would send a new one, it never showed. Finally got a sales person on the phone to ask for a refund, he said he would get me one. Have not heard from them since. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT OPERATE AS A BUSINESS SHOULD.

FYI, they did give me a refund, so at least they tried to do the right thing. (10/9)

Selection was awesome and availability was pleasing to see as we tried so many places that were sold out .
