I had used GWT regularly for sunflower hearts and found them to be ok.
I had authorised the delivery company to 'leave safe' in a sheltered area at my address if I was not about. This has always worked fine.
On the latest delivery however the delivery company dumped the seeds outside the front door of the wrong address in the pouring rain.
Eventually another neighbour saw them took them in and alerted me.
The seeds however were wrecked as some time had elapsed.
Having contacted GWT I was appalled by their attitude which was unhelpful and appeared far more interested in how much money they were making on each transaction.
Eventually and begrudgingly they offered me 拢5 (when a bag of seed is 拢15) which I rejected.
They were at pains to point out that it was the fault of the delivery company but they are clearly happy to keep using them (cheap I guess)!
This was a perfect example of how not to treat a loyal previously happy customer.
I have now found another internet company with comparable prices who delivers to MY house and does not abandon the product in the rain!!

I have used this company twice in recent weeks.Once for Sunflower Hearts and once for Suet Logs. Their prices were excellent and so was their delivery time as both were delivered within a couple of days of ordering. I will definitely use this company again.

I used to think Titmuss were very competitive with their prices, but unfortunately, just lately, i have found that the James Wellbeloved dog food has gone up quite substantially. Can now buy much cheaper elsewhere, especially on-line, which i might have to start doing…

Good value (I have not found anyone cheaper for this brand of dog food.) They provide prompt delivery and use sensible carriers who are prepared to leave goods in a designated spot if no-one is in. Very wide range of products and easy-to-use website for on-line orders.

They do exactly what they claim to do. No negatives at all!
