There are professionals in the company. Your job is superb.

GWS has gone the extra mile to find and send parts for our old press. When one of the parts had a defect in it, Mr. Planting made sure a good part was sent to us in replacement. Before it was sent, he kept me updated on the status of the replacement part. Because my plant is in Kansas in the USA and they are in The Netherlands all communications has been done by email. Mr. Planting was always prompt to any sent email. It is a pleasure to do business with GWS Parts.

I understand that it is NEW without original box but I didn't expect the parts to come in obvious scratches. Doesn't look well kept to me … But overall the response of the sales and the delivery is top notch.

Just hope that items in their stock can be kept with more care.
