The support and help were always quick. But the peformance on their VPS are terrible, the internet speed is so bad that you can't always use an VPN. I do not recommend their services.The support and help were always quick And once you have bought a VPS there is no chance of upgrading, you need to buy a whole new one.

Do not use their services! Spend your money somewhere else.

Got a dedicated server from this company last month. Excellent hardware quality and bandwidth. The server was delivered in approx 3 hours. Never had any issues to check the support quality.

Great quality VM, the price is good as well.
