Made purchase, never received product, no replies
I made a purchase for $15 worth on Guild Wars 2 gold (an mmorpg game on the computer). It was suppose to be delivered to my game account within 15 minutes, however over 24hrs later and still no product. The website has a 24/7 chat for support yet I have not received a single answer from them, nor have I through email. The purchase confirmation was sent through PayPal, yet because it is a virtual item they can not do anything about it. I am very frustrated that I have been scammed for my money. There have been about 30 reviews I have read online explaining how this site is a scam, unfortunately I failed to research before hand!
