Very bad service.

It had a bad start at first but than I got real time help from Doris and they had helped when my key had not worked and gave me a new key. The problem was taken and fixed within 5 mins.

Communication little difficult but legit downloaded and installed what I purchased. Thank You!!

Didn't receive email so I clicked on the live chat, was asked for order number and key was given on the spot, key worked! Awesome deal.

Honestly i wanted to give a positive feedback since i ordered some in game currency from them like 2 weeks ago and it went fine. Now, after i came here again to do another purchase the experience ive been through has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I bought some in game currency friday, gave my order number to LiveChat support to see how long it will take to receive my order. The person told me that there are " no funds/goods " right now and that it will take 1-2 days for the provider to gather the " goods " and deliver them. Ok, i understood and waited. Today i wrote them again. First time they told me to wait like few hours and i will have the currency, now, after i wrote again after 6 hours they told me to wait 1-2 days since its a holiday and they can't deliver. I mean i already waited 2 freakin days..when i paid i did it instantly, not after a few days or hours or whatever. Nobody is responding to mails and the live chat support is bad. I wont recommend anybody to use this site since they dont know how to run a business and prioritize the needs of their costumers. If they really have a holiday or i dont know, they are out of stock for example as ive been told previously just do an announce, put somewhere so the costumers can see. Honestly i wasnt going to ask for a refund since im buying that in game cash because i need it there but with guys like these who dont know to provide quality services it seems like i have no other choice. Too bad, it could run way smoother but thats how some people like to run businesses. Shame on you.

Recently ordered 2 Microsoft Windows 10 Pro keys from GVGMALL and upon redeeming them both found that only one had been a real code and the other was considered a "non-genuine code" meaning it was fake. I tried to reach out to the company via their online live chat but received little to no help from a robot name Doris. Their online representative was very unprofessional and only responded back after I would ask if they were there. I would like a refund or new code that actually works.

I bought an office 2019 Home/student key recently. But when i tried to activate my office with this key, the website told me, it's already activated. Then i contact the help chat from GVG Mall website. I explained him the problem and he answered me that i have to activate from webpage on Microsoft. But i did it, i followed tutorial. After this, the guy called Doris never answered me, just ignored me. I never got any information about refund or new key. Then i lost 25,79鈧? I really don't recommend the website. Bad key, bad service.

THE ONLY BUSINESS YOU NEED TO WORK IS TO PROCESSED IT TO YOUR BUYERS. AND THIS IS A DIGITAL ITEM. DIGITAL ITEM SHOULD BE DOWNLOADABLE OR VIA EMAIL AND NOT TAKING AN HOURS. I WASTED MY TIME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO REFUND IT. UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR 8 HOURS WAITING.

scammers i bought 3 ps4 gift card 100$ us and they didn't send me the order even after i send them the information that they want it

Purchased product key for Windows 10 Pro, order status appears as paid already. But have not receive key yet, no e-mail, and not to mention the annoying part – by clicking the "View Keys/Codes" button in the "My Purchased Orders" section will only redirect you to the "Order status" landing page instead of showing you the PRODUCT KEY!

Update: Received the key, all good. In case anyone has the same issue, try sending e-mail to their service team.

So, I tried to buy gold from them but, then my order status got suspended. I waited for so many hours. And now I want a full refund. Though, they seem to be legit. You can try to buy from them but, just keep in mind to avoid the in game currency if possible.

I asked for a second time just to double check. The person on Live Chat got some attitude.

Beware!
I ordered a Steam key, their site said PayPal transaction failed.
After half an hour or so I received two mails from PayPal stating that GVG Mall deducted the money from my accound. So they billed me twice.
No need to say that they so far have not delivered the Steam key.
I informed PayPal.
As stated before their support chat has no function at all.
Not serious at all.

Update:
After getting PayPal and Trustpilot into the game the Steam key was delivered and a refund sent.
Changed from 1 to 3 stars. Was kind of a hassle though.

Bought a DLC, Site says in stock. Nothing happens. Contacted chat, they told me it's sold out. Told me that refund will be given next day. It's week now, and their chat tells me: "maybe our guy made a mistake". Well, seems so. Stay clear.

Gvgmall keeps telling that they have refunded. Payment is in pending state and Gvgmall does not understand that the reason for this is my decision to escalate the problem to Paypal. Seriously, stay clear of these amateurs and use reliable sources.

Bought Windows 10 Pro and it was legit, no problems at all, quick delivery and Microsoft accepted my key registration without any problems.

Before placing the order and paying it I asked their customer service about the delivery time. They said INSTANT. He lied, after 8 HOURS nothing happened. I asked for refund, nothing happened + THEIR ENGLISH IS SO BAD. Just avoid this website. This time im gonna make a try by reporting them on at the Chinesee internet police.
Let's see what will happen.

Scam. I never got my order or refund. Their customer service will either ignore you or break promises. DO NOT TRUST.

Delivery promised within six hours. After three days demanded a refund. Refund promised within an hour on two separate days but never done. Open complaint with Paypal
