Not sending me my order and kept my money. Wont respond back after i asked for my money back.

I ordered some shoes on Guzzo88.com. on Dec. 14, 2019 in which the replied with their getting my order ready to be shipped. The payment was paypaled to Darat Lauhakirti. I asked them about my order Dec. 26, in which they replied: 鈥淧lease accept our sincere apology. Thank you for your e-mail inquiry. We don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 wrong. But we will check the status of the parcel immediately and get back to you asap. Please don鈥檛 worry. If there鈥檚 any mistake, we will responsible for it.鈥?I messaged them again Jan 5 and they tell me that my shipment has been canceled. They asked if I still wanted my product and I said yes. I would later go on and ask if i could see the tracking info and it is Feb.1 and i still havent gotten and tracking info. To sum it up, I just want my money back.
