This has to be one of the worst casino site I have ever come across worst of the worst just dead spin after dead spin.
I cant even compare it against any other site its that bad and if I could leave a minus star I would.
Awful it just took all the time thought the software was faulty then realized it was just a dead spin site.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn't understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn't let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn't belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? What kind of punishment if any do they get when this sort of thing happens and who do I turn to in order to help me or is there anyone or anywhere that I can turn to in order to recieve help and have them fined or punished for their illegal actions towards myself and poor illegal business conduct? Please help…..

They will do everything in their power to not pay you out your winnings, I have been using online sites for over a decade, and guts is the one place where every withdrawal is almost impossible to make, no matter how much you deposit, when you want it back you will face every single argument and issue under the Christmas 馃巹.

I have made a withdrawal to my bank that they canceled sayng It can only be withdrawn by card, then when I do the card they said that I can only withdraw to my bank acct?

The customer service reps, lie and use advanced delay tactics.

No phone lines.
Callbacks are not working.

I strongly suggest anyone having issues with them to email the UK gambling comision and file a formal complaint against them.

They should not be operating in the UK with a license.

Giving this site 2 stars as I have never laughed so much watching so many dead spins??? 拢3 spins are maybe not suited to this site its more of a penny stake site as I doubt it has that many actual depositing players. Its an easy site to use but thats the only good thing about it. Immortal romance slot is the one slot I play all the time so I get the feeling for this slot unfortunately on GUTS its well below par. Avoid this site theres a lot better sites out there.

Signed up to this website,my verification was easily sorted and had no issues regarding refunds/withdrawals, but they literally Rob people in their slot machines. I have never won a jackpot or bonus ever after spending hundred's of euros, there's no customer loyalty as regards free spins,bonus credit etc. Worse website ever as they clearly just Rob people if their money, you would have more luck on a scratch card, avoid at all costs!!!

I really wish I鈥檇 read these reviews before joining. I鈥檝e been asked for verification which of course I have sent (verification another site accepted just a few days ago) so there should be a problem. But now I鈥檓 wondering if I鈥檓 going to get my withdrawal and worrying about being fobbed off. Casino joy and Casino planet have just lost their licence for the same who har with receiving withdrawals. BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM GUTS i only won 拢250 and they closed my account saying it was a business decision. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesn鈥檛 state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. I stay away from casinos who ask for selfies as they are usually the ones who are reluctant to pay out winnings. They have even stolen my initial 拢100 deposit.
BEWARE and keep away if your thinking of signing up as you will regret it.

I signed up on guts.com last week. I am more of a sports gambler than casino, but I thought I would check them both out. I had no issues with the casino but the sports betting is a complete scam! I was able to place bets, no problem, but to get into my tickets, it would just scroll around and around and my tickets would not load. This past weekend I spoke to Andre, their "customer service rep" and we tried everything to get my tickets to load and nothing worked. I tried my phone, my PC and I had issues with the same on a different PC and network. I was told they would escalate it to their tech team (if that even exists). Later that day, my tickets were loading perfectly so I thought wow, it's fixed. I spent the whole day betting Saturday and no issues with my tickets loading. I was winning! I placed 2 bets later in the day, both had cashout options with the live games going and I decided to go their casino to play some slots while the games played out. One of the games I bet on was getting close, so I wanted to keep and eye on it, I tried to go back to my tickets and BAM same issue! My tickets were no longer loading! I spoke to Hayden and told him the urgency in my issue that if I can't see my tickets, I can not cashout! He replied that he would check with the "sports team" and find out what was going on. He came back and said the cashout option had been removed (at that time). He had NO CLUE how the cashout option worked and how it comes and goes with the live games. I was livid. I was not able to view my bet tickets until the next day and saw that I lost 1 game on both tickets. I have received a follow up email asking if i've tried logging on with another device or network, which if my report from 12 hours earlier was really file, they would have seen i did! I sent them the chat log. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard a word since. I followed up yesterday and they said they are waiting to hear back from their techs. TOTAL SCAM!!! I should have been given at least the money I bet, back in good faith but they have no concern whatsoever and refuse to see that this is THEIR issue and that it cost me my bet and any possible additional cashout amount. DO NOT USE THEIR SPORTS BETTING!!! I see other reports of the same issue so I am not alone and they have yet to do anything about their technical issues. Funny thing is, you can't see your tickets, but you can still place bets! BEWARE!!

Software bugs. Cashout auto cashes without warning of refreshed balance. Got ripped off first time and refunded. Issue still there today!

Secondly, they block your account randomly. You cannot access your live bets for cash out and approval takes 48 hours minimum to verify account

Software not bad but way behind.
Glitchy at times
Cards not very clear, sometimes get messages going through them that won't clear.
Account was locked for no reason at all couldn't tell me why and couldn't even resolve the problem.
In summary; mediocre software, poor customer service, not much variety, much better places to play poker

Okay site, okay software. Sometimes the table has already started but mine is still loading. Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.

Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).

To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).

This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available.

Still have yet to receive a withdrawal or any confirmation.

I'd recommend a few other sites before this one after my initial times playing here.

I don't understand all those negative reactions. I have been a member of Guts for a while now and everything was quickly arranged for verification.

When I request a withdrawal, it is sometimes credited to my prepaid credit card within 45 minutes.

After Unibet, Guts is my favorite online casino.

Stay far away from this site i sent for a bank withdrawl for $170 they sent me $140 plus my bank deducted $17 off of the $140 the live chat says they sent $170 in which i produced a screenshot that shows the exact amount customer live chat are beyond uneducated i dont think they send funds in your local currency they are sending euro and guessing how much the exchange will be they also have so many stall tactics so you reverse your withdrawl ans get this i asked them to change my acount so i cant cancel withdrawls which most top site do and they said this coudlnt be done

They'll do everything to steal your Money.
They closed down my account and told me I need verification, so I send it to them and they start lying and lying. The livechat support is completely dumb (mostly bots).
If you're trying to cash out a bet it will say 200鈧?for example, after cashing out they say it's 100鈧?
The criminal energy of this site is really big.

Sent a scan of passport, it was listed as accepted on their site. I then sent photos of address ID and payment method and these were accepted and was told I need to resend Photo ID. When I questioned it and stated I already sent it, they said they don't accept scans.

Okay, that's fine but they approved it initially, I could have sent the photo and be done with it by now but thought it was fine. I've sent a photo now, was told 24 hours and low and behold its still pending. I have a substantial amount to withdraw and I feel this is a deliberate attempt to prevent the withdrawal now. If rejected I'll take the matter further as the photo of my photo ID is crystal clear!

I understand the need for ID verification, but to mess a customer around to prevent a withdrawal in hopes they will lose the money is disgusting.

I have never in my life come across such incompetent customer services as this company.
Today I spoke to Pheobe as I took part in a weekly promotion and didn't receive my free spins like I normally do each week.
The promotion clearly said the 拢20 could be wagered on any slot but she was completely adamant it was for one specific slot. I sent two screenshots and she still told me I was wrong and that she knows the promotions and that they couldn't be any clearer. She even sent me a copy and paste of the exact statement saying ANY slot and told me that nowhere did it say any slot. I honestly couldn't believe what I was reading. Eventually I asked her to check with a colleague and she came back with no apology, just "I see your point". I recommended she learn the promotions and she replied "I know the promotions thanks". Just rude and unprofessional and has put me off using the site again which is a shame as I did enjoy using it. Half an hour of my life I won't get back. Avoid this company as you get no support if things go wrong.

I wish I had read these reviews before I even looked at guts, which has ben favourably elsewhere. TP has trusted reviews and the ones I can see here about Guts is spot on! Terrible service, terrible games and terrible payouts. Then they refuse to pay you.
