Gunbroker is a solid platform. The interface isn't as robust and functional as eBay, but they cost a lot less, aren't anti-gun of course, and don't have remotely the volume of users to fund the site. One big thing to add is the ability to counteroffer rather than accept or reject an offer, as well as put explanatory text with the counteroffer.

No customer relations skills at all. Will not respond to emails, or answer phones. This is not my first issue with GB on this subject. Quite using them for years because of the lack of response. Problem with Chrona Virus is not the problem, as this has been a issue for years.

I have used Gun Broker for many years, & have purchased a variety of stuff, esp a lot of 10mm ammo recently. Every single one of my transactions as a buyer has been 5 star, A++ rated from every seller. I also purchased a 99% condition S&W 4506 about 5 years ago, that I had been wanting to get one for many years, & was finally able to win one. I will continue to use Gun Broker to buy stuff for my firearms needs & wants. Thank you very much for an excellent online firearms buying & selling market place.

It is very confusing when you have to go to the sold ORDER, and the listing for information, I have no way to look and tell if the Payment, FFL, or feedback have been sent. All of these problems started with the new system, the old system worked great and was easy to see where you are on a sale, this new system is awful, it looks like a way to charge more for the privilege of selling on this site!

Long time user and fan of Gunbroker, but more lately have become tired of scrolling through spammers with huge keywords listed on their adds. Nobody goes on gunbroker to buy a tee shirt. So, go back to allowing title searches or kick the spammers off. Otherwise, I鈥檒l be spending my time elsewhere.

Good exposure for sales.

Yours is a great and most useful service to the American rifleman, shooter, hunting sportsman, collector and hobbyist. I would greatly encourage you to pursue the use of PAYPAL or other such money exchange to speed up sale of the goods on your site. Many, for one reason or another, are reluctant to use such a service for real or perceived wrongs. Yet its use makes the buying and acquisition process for much easier for both the seller and the buyer. Given the current Chinese virus pandemic we are experiencing this is even more true than ever.

It seems awful hard to list an item for sale in the evening. Can not get photo of item loaded. Early in the AM no problem at all. Is it because there is heavy traffic on GB in the evening like after 7PM?

Recent interface changes have made gunbroker.com my go-to site for just about everything firearm related! That and the fact that the overwhelming number of users are straight-up kind of people!

I've been using Gunbroker.com for about a decade now I believe. I liked the original format better than the current one. Otherwise, everything is fine with no issues and I find it very useful when I want to sell something.

While no community is perfect, the GunBroker experience strives to operate with integrity. In my experience, I鈥檝e bought and sold many times, and each transaction is continued proof that GunBroker does it best.

Had rifle stolen. Provided police report, Gunbroker wouldn鈥檛 end auction & still want seller fees, zero stars.

I started using Gunbroker when it first came about to find better pricing information, I.e. what were people actually paying for guns. This kept me from making a few costly mistakes.

The way GB categorizes guns and equipment and how the search function is set up is a huge help. I can quickly scroll though areas of interest without getting sidetracked by things not related to what I'm looking for. My searches can be as broad or narrow as I want.

After finding something I can't do without the bid process is super easy and once I have made a bid GB keeps me informed through email so I can increase if needed or go back to the search function if someone else wants it more than I do.

If I do win a bid the GB checkout is the best I've seen. I love having the local dealers registered in the GB system so I don't have to chase down and email or fax a copy of an FFL. And most have the transfer cost listed so I can use the transfer cost, shipping, taxes and bid amount to determine my final cost before I even make a bid.

I have used many other internet based sites to purchase firearms and equipment…none are as easy to use as Gunbroker.com.
