Won't be using this website again for sure. Complete joke.
I tried to post today a phone for sale. I had to check my email in order to activate the add. When I clicked on the given link it kept showing me the message "Oops, the ad you are looking for is not yet live. Check back very soon!"
I tried a few times and when I saw it's still the same error, I tried posting it again. Same add, same photos, just using a different email address, thinking there's something wrong with the one I used the first time. Still didn't work, same error showing up. So I gave up.
A few hours later I received an email saying my add has been removed for violating the site policies: "Gumtree prohibits listing the same ad […] over and over again to gain more exposure."
I wasn't even aware that my add has been posted and I was not trying to gain more exposure, just trying to post an add to sell my phone!!!
