i actually never received the item i ordered, it was never delivered to the provided address in germany. being abroad, i had advise for a specific address for ARAMEX shop and ship services in germany, and the item was sent to a internet cafe, and i have received a mail saying i have to go physically there to collect it. this is not possible since i am in Qatar at the moment.
i paid for th egoods, paid the fee for shipping to that address in germany, and still never received my items

The company has a big problems with logistik.
Salesman dosnt know how much days it takes to delivery goods. The only way to know delivering date, you need to order floors online and only after 2 days you getting email informing that goods will be after 3 weeks. We needed to cancel our first order as delivering time was too long.
After that experience we went to showroom in Skovlunde again and asked another salesman are there any floors with short delivering time? He recomended one of them and we did order again. He said it takes 3-5 days to get them. After 2 days we get info: Vi er nu igang med at pakke din ordre fra et af vores lagre eller direkte p氓 producentens lager. Din ordre forventes at blive klar til afhentning i slut uge 36.
And…… 2 days later comming new info: Vi m氓 desv忙rre meddele af din ordre er forsinket og f酶rst forventes at blive klar til afhentning i midt/slut uge 39
Our experience is realy bad. Its not about goods quality its about how you can get wrong info in showroom and even you cant trust email from gulvlageret.dk

Terrible experience. On visiting the showroom, the salesman there said it would take 3-5 days for delivery. The website says the same, as did someone on their website chat. Once I ordered (and had made arrangements for help in replacing a deck) I was informed that instead of 3-5 days it was going to take 3 weeks for delivery. After contacting customer support and letting them know if delivery in 3-5 days was not possible I needed to cancel my order, I was informed they could in fact deliver in about a week. The day the wood was supposed to arrive (and with labor help on site) we called since it had yet to show up and were told that "it still could show up". The day after they told me it would arrive, we called again (they never proactively reached out when there were problems) and they informed us it would be another week. The only bright spot was that the cancellation was relatively fast after that point, but we still needed to pay almost 2k dkk more for express delivery for wood from a different supplier.

I emailed some questions to customer service and immediate received a reply.
Price-wise, what I ordered was half the price compared to buying it locally in Sweden!
Delivery took less than a week.
Overall a very good purchasing experience and one that I would recommend.
