Service has been terrible, I think your wife forgot some things with my outfit and then she lied to me saying my wife knew that the shirwani was ready when it wasn't. I came to the store 5 times and from Peterborough it does take 2 hours every time on the invoice it was mentioned it will be ready a month ago when I questioned this I immediately had attitude and she goes to me cancel the order with 4 days to the nikkah the clothes were nice but I wanted time for fitting and adding bits to my sherwani but that wasn't done
She then gave me a soppy story that she ordered the wrong colour which is the reason for the delay but this is not my issue
The worst thing was there was no sympathy from any staff there instead they knew my wedding is 4 days away so I couldn't cancel even if I wanted to
It's been a serious waste of time and a lot of screw ups and for 1500 pound it has been one of the worst mistakes I have made
I am saying this from a customers point and don't mean no offense but your products can be the best but if there is no service you have nothing
