Zero stars! Very very bad service. I think this business (gulfpointservice.com) is a scammer. I called them to repair my dishwasher. They apparently "replaced" the drain pump, which was found to be damaged and started flooding my kitchen from the very next day, after their repair service! When I tried calling them on the contact numbers, they do not respond at all. They cant even be bothered to respond to calls or messages, let alone actually repair a problem caused by them. I repeatedly asked for an invoice of payment and they didn't provide that either. They even charged double the market rate for the replacement part and are now dodging my calls and keeping their cell phone switched off! DO NOT get your machines repaired by these lying scam artists.
