We just spent 2 nights at Guldborg Camping – my mother, brother and 4 kids aged 11, 11, 8 and 5.
We are not normally campers, but decided to try it out a couple of days combined with Knuthenborg Safari Park.
We had booked a small cabin for 4 of us and a tent space for the other 3.
Unfortunately we succeeded in forgetting the tent, air mattresses didn鈥檛 hold air and the pump didn鈥檛 work, but
the incredibly nice and helpful owners lended us an extra cabin and real mattresses and extra cutlery – all without extra charge – and basically made the whole experience really good for us.
They have spent the last years 鈥榞lamping鈥?up the camp site and the common facilities are really really nice and clean! It鈥檚 a smaller camp site but works really well, and great play sites for the kids AND free mini golf 🙂
Unfortunately we didn鈥檛 have time to eat at CocoMarie, their newly built restaurant, but it was beautiful as we saw it, when we bought a bottle of wine at a very favorable price, 90kr.
We hope to be back some time but meanwhile we can only give our highest recommendations to everyone who wants to visit Lolland.
