I ordered a Gotoh bass bridge and custom gold mirror pickguard for my made in Japan Fender P Bass. After purchasing many P Bass pickguards that didn't fit due to them being specific for made in USA or Mexico models they came to the rescue ! I sent them a tracing of my original and within 10 days I received the custom made one, quality and fit is absolutely perfect. The Gotoh bass bridge has also improved the sustain and low end thump on my P Bass ! Great service and advice.

Its been 5 months of delays, not in stock, on vacation and package lost. No responds at all to a angry email. 鈥淚鈥檒l send you the tracking number when i get back鈥?wich i should have gotten the week before, when he posted the 鈥渟econd鈥?

Always excuses, like i said its been 5 months.. how hard can it be? This guy is a scammer. Its a guy named Paul from Prague.

I鈥檓 really done with it now, i鈥檝e been a nice guy for months. I鈥檓 soooo done.

I ordered a Les Paul electronics upgrade kit and a Tortoiseshell Pickguard that was custom made for my Epiphone. Delivery of the electronics kit was fast and the custom made pickguard arrived about a week later. The electronics kit has really improved the tone of my guitar. If you are looking for cheap Chinese copy guitar parts look elsewhere. This company only sells well known branded upgrade parts. I am very happy and will be purchasing again.

I ordered a custom pickguard from these people, 拢60 so not cheap. Their website gave a UK address but every time I spoke to Angela she referred to a Mark who was based in Prague, where I was led to believe the pickguard was coming from. I was advised delivery would be 10 to 14 days so 17 days later still no delivery, and Mark emailed from his iPhone to say they would send another one.

I asked them for a tracking number for this delivery but they said they had sent the 2nd parcel ordinary post with Royal Mail, which was a bit weird as Royal Mail don't operate in Praque. When queried Mark said " No, that was the first parcel", which also was sent from Praque?? Mind you he also said that he was going to claim insurance on the 1st delivery so I'm assuming he must have had a tracking number which means he must have known where this parcel eventually went to.

10 days later, still no second parcel (you're probably asking yourself what the probability of 2 parcels not being delivered, let me tell you it's very high, you stand more chance of winning the lottery) so I suggested a refund which Mark said he would process. A day later still no refund so I emailed Mark and asked what was happening. His reply was "the cheques in the post" – you couldn't make this up folks.

I phoned Angela at the UK office and complained, I said I don't want a cheque, I'd like a PayPal refund (that's how I'd paid originally). Marks response was "I need to transfer funds into my PayPal account and that will take up to 4 days". I replied that I was surprised that he was running an international web-based business and didn't understand how PayPal works. I am still waiting for my refund after being messed around for over a month.

I've now had to open a case with PayPal, I've left some scathing comments on their Face Book page, I'm going to report them to the fraud people and also to the local police. All in all a thoroughly unpleasant experience with an incompetent and unprofessional organisation.

I'm writing this review in the hope that other people will not have to go through what I've been through.
