This is my third order from Guitarbitz over about six years. I find their prices are good, they are always helpful and I've never had a problem. I trust Guitarbitz and they are my first choice for anything guitar related.

My son had purchased a cover for his huge Orange big amp thingy, from america, it was pricey, poor quality and it didn't fit!! I found Guitarbitz on the internet and phoned them. so helpful, knew exactly what was needed, ordered one of their covers there and then, it arrived the very next day, well packed and the cover is good quality with Orange logo and it FITS, perfectly all for under 拢20.00. So pleased with this purchase, wish they were all like that..Thank you Guitarbitz.

I bought the guitar (candy apple red Fender Strat) for my son's Christmas, so I can't comment on the item personally.
The quality of service however is simply first class. Communication, delivery, security, promptness etc. I could go on.

Bought some fender strings and plectrums (sold individually). Good prices and excellent service. I will definitely use them again and might even visit the store to look at amps.

I called them from France, looking for a Wilko Johnson telecaster (anymore available in France…) and then I sent my order on wednesday 13th of august. The guitar has been delivered in forfeit conditions on monday 18th. What else ?

I ordered some strings and a few picks, I was expecting to get them on the Monday as I ordered them about 2 pm on a Thursday. Later Thursday night had a email to say they was dispatched then was delivered Friday morning so I could get straight back to practising.

Ordered one day and it arrived the next. Everything I 've ordered from here has done the same. I always check Guitarbitz for items I want before anyone else.
