Dishonest, unprofessional and full of false promises. Cancelled my property booking a week after receiving a deposit, without any notice, probably to give the property to someone who'd pay a higher rent, although I was never told why – despicable behaviour!
It's companies like this that give the good estate agents a bad reputation.
