We had an insurance claim to file from storm damage. GuideOne was expedient, professional and fair. They saw things we didn't and helped us navigate the process very smoothly. My experience with Leah Henkelman and Malani Richards was 5 star. They were on top of everything the whole time we had to deal with the restoration experience. Leah was particularly good at dealing with the restoration company that was doing less than quality work and not staying in contact with us about when they would come and do the work.

The GuideOne staff and adjusters were immediately helpful, professional and efficient when my church experienced a break in the water line leading into our building. The interior flooding damage was significant. The adjuster was on-site the day after I contacted GuideOne, and we had a check in hand within 10 days. We appreciated the detailed cost breakdown analysis that accompanied the check. That is helping us as we contact sub-contractors for the non-emergency inside repair.

Megan McDonald worked with us every step of the way. She was responsive, patient and very kind and professional.

We were devastated when thieves broke into our church and stole our brand new video camera and two laptop computers which we used to do online services during the current Corona Virus pandemic. Guide one representatives called me back hours after I submitted our claim online. They covered everything and were so compassionate in their dealings with us. God bless everyone at Guide One!
