I booked a non refundable one night stay with Guest House Ellipse on the Booking.com app, 24 hours before the stay they messaged to say there were charges for linen, bedding and towels.
I contacted Booking.com to dispute the charges, they were totally useless, they just stated they sent notification of the charges in the booing confirmation!
The problem with this is I鈥檇 already entered a contact where there was no mention of charges for linen, bedding and towels, therefore leaving Guest House Ellipse in breach of contract.
All the way through this dispute I haven鈥檛 received one message from the guest house.
Do yourself a favour, don鈥檛 book with them, they operate on non refundable booking then add charges AFTER you鈥檝e booked!
