THEY ARE SO BAD! I am actually glad they went out of business! I tried to return my phone case, as it was heating up while i used it. They just say 鈥渟OrRy BuT wE dOn鈥橳 dO rEfUnDs.鈥?I think thats stupid, might as well throw it out if you bought something from them and it doesn鈥檛 work as expected or it works but not as necessary.

Bad product, not working and no refund n exchange.

I can鈥檛 give zero stars, otherwise I did. This is a fake site. Never order something here. In June I made an order and paid for it. After a while I received a tracking code. But when I tracked it, it says my order is cancelled. I鈥檝e tried to contact them multiple times, but they don鈥檛 even respond. My advice…if you are in the same situation as me, go to the police. Let鈥檚 build a case to get this site offline.

I'm guessing they're out of China. They did not send me the correct cell phone case I ordered. I sent multiple emails. They send you back pre-formatted emails. First they want to see pictures of what they sent you along with proof of the packaging. I did this. They then don't respond at all until you send them another email. Then they claim that since they haven't heard from you, they are considering the case "resolved." Each time they do this, the customer service name changes on the bottom of the email, and you go through it all over again. I will NEVER order anything off Facebook again. They take your money, and when they screw up, you have no recourse. You've been warned.

Do not buy anything from this company or send them money. Ordered a cleverly advertised bra, got tracking information that didn't work (on an unsecure Chinese website) and after 4 months they refused to refund my money. Opened a PayPal dispute and eventually got my 'bra' which is rubbish. No refund available. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Chainsaw sharpener. Site autocompleted and they refused to cancel it. PayPal did nothing to help either. They ignore emails and dont respond to anything. Do not do any business with this company

I ordered 2 functional shower heads since on the 12/05/19 and I am yet to receive the products and found out on tracking the items that it has been delivered..delivered to who ?? none of my emails to customer support were attended to..very annoying and frustrating.

Another Chinese $#*!bag operation. Don't have credibility, ethics or any care for the customer. Won't reply to email and sell dodgy products they won't stand behind. Shipping is hopeless, tracking numbers are fictional and they couldn't care less.

The products on this site are all worthless junk!!!! I hope you check reviews before you buy anything!!! Wish I did but they do a good job of looking like a legit company. Everything ships from China, takes weeks to arrive, no instructions are ever included and the quality is despicable.

I ordered the Chain Saw Sharpener advertised on Face Book. The product took more than 30 days to arrive from China. Once I got the product it would not fit my Husqvarna 410 chain saw bar. My bar has only one hole this product requires two holes. Once I knew it did not fit I contacted the company email – customer service who responded with their bogus "sorry for inconveince" but we DO NOT refund if product does not work. Total Scam! I have reported this company to the FTC but I am sure nothing will happen. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews- ALL NEGATIVE. We need to put them out of business.

I ordered a product that I was suppose to be able to use multiple times. I couldn't even use it once because it didn't work. When I contacted them they told me they won't take the item back. Cost me $20.00 but it's okay because I learned a valuable lesson. Never ever buy from a company until checking them out first. If I had thought about checking reviews online I would have found out that there is nothing good said about this company.

Guess What you Don't Need? You don't need being ripped off by a shoddy Chinese company that takes your money and sends you (months later) a shower head that feels as if its made from tin foil and doesn't work and then they won't give you a refund as their policy is NOT TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS. Are they having a laugh? Clearly, at our expense. Avoid them like the plague.

If I could no stars I would. Ordered my item on 6th June and still not received. Tracking info given dies not work. Email responses advise cannot cancel or refund my order and just wait until it arrives. Latest email claims they have fulfilled my order despite not receiving it. Spent over 拢50 and gave now opened a PayPal dispute. Steer well clear.

6/24/19: Order not received; checked FedEx tracking number: 鈥淭his tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender." Reported problem to company. Prompt email reply (from 鈥淢avreen D.鈥? Customer Service Representative) apologizing and promising to look into it, and instructing me to contact them again in 2 days if I don鈥檛 hear from them.
7/9/19: Order still not received, and no response from company. Emailed them again; no response.

Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a common practice. My story:

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHINESE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAP. I ORDERED A SHOWER HEAD WITH THEM WHICH TOOK TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE, AND DID NOT WORK. THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR FAULTY GOODS OR TAKE RETURNS AND SIMPLY IGNORE EMAILS WHEN YOU TRY AND CONTACT THEM. I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT TO FACEBOOK AND ASKED THAT THEY BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE, SO PLEASE DO THE SAME.

Do not shop with this company they are chinese and the products are absolutely crap. I ordered a shower head with them which took two months to arrive, and did not work. they will not give refunds for faulty goods or take returns and simply ignore emails when you try and contact them. I have sent a complaint to facebook and asked that they be removed from the site, so please do the same.

At this point, I'm stunned by your inability to
deal with this issue. If you had a store nearby I would of brought back these damaged items and either received new ones or a full refund. I have sent you plenty of proof that these racks arrived damaged. Do you need to see the mutilated boxes they were shipped in. Still have it all. Next time send them in a sturdy box or reinforce the corners. I'm tired of waiting. I'm even more tired of the racks and packaging sitting in limbo on my desk. At this point I am beyond belief you can run a company this way or that it takes a Team to figure out what is clearly evident. I don't want anything but a full refund. I have already taken measures to ensure I receive it as I can not trust GuessWhatYouNeed to do anything but procrastinate. PLEASE REFUND MY MONIES IN FULL. If you want these broken racks back, send a return shipping label and I will return them to you. At my leisure.
Copy of my last e-mail

Ordered two kitchen sink racks from the offshore "outfit" and they came shipped in a crushed box from China. Opened the box and both racks damaged beyond usability. Sent photos of the unopened box, damaged contents, shipping label, and contents list and the "outfit" replied "our team will look into it and investigate…" That was a month ago. Sent numerous email inquiries and have heard no response. They take your money and run. You end up with junk. Do not buy from this scam POS vendor.

Their site says all orders are shipped within 5 days. I have contacted them 3 times over the last month about when my order will ship. They have provided me bogus tracking numbers 3 times. Now they stopped replying to my emails. Had to open a PayPal dispute. Beware fraud website Attached is the final email I received today with their bogus tracking number

Ordered a pair off trainers and get a cheap plastic watch , still chasing for my order but now have stopped replying, scam company 鈥?don鈥檛 use 鈥?you鈥檝e been warned

First I have to wait 8 weeks for my order to be delivered and when it's delivered I find out they sent the shoes in a size I didn't order.
I send an e-mail to their 'customer support' several times with this complaint and they don't even have the decency to react. I want my money back, but there's no reaction at all.
This company is a scam, be advised not to buy anything here!
