Yet another big brand e-commerce site that can't process orders in a timely manner and ignores messages when you contact customer support. I strongly recommend that you order from Zalora or go to the Guess physical shop unless you're willing to wait an eternity with no communication. Very disappointed to see brands I love do so poorly at e-commerce.
