After 3 months of owning the gimbal, one of the 4 batteries that you need to operate it died. After a while Moza agreed to send another four out so I threw away the dead one and started using the new ones. All fine for about 3 months then boom, 3 more died! That means that out of the 7 batteries I own only 3 of them work, meaning I cannot operate the gimbal! 4 dead batteries in 6 months… awful, awful quality. It's a real shame because I actually really like using the gimbal, but the batteries make it a total waste of money!

worst customer service ever!
I would give 0 star if I could!
I had issues with every piece of gear that I bought from them.

The Moza Air 2, the leather cover of the grip (also the battery cover) just came off, unglued itself.
The follow focus gear, vibrates enough to shake the lens and the camera.
The hand unit for the follow focus had a broken joystick, so I couldn't scroll the menu.

I had to send the faulty units, at my expenses. And they replace it with other faulty units. clearly, quality control is not their priority. and so is customer service.

Took them 2 weeks of back and forward to get them to agree on replacing my gear! ( after asking a ton of photo and video as proof) Then 3 more weeks waiting and $45 spend to ship the faulty units back to them (5 weeks waiting in total) I receive the replacement and when I tell them that I still have issues with the replacement I got told from the CUSTOMER SERVICE: "If you are not happy with it, you can contact your original seller/store to see if they have better solutions for you"
total rubbish this company I'll never buy anything from them again.

My MOZA AIR CROSS stopped working a little over a year. It has terrible horizontal drift that tech support said is a "quality issue," and now I have to PAY MORE MONEY to ship it back to Hong Kong. So, I am paying MORE for a low quality gimbal when I should have just bought a more reputable gimbal.
