Guardians Credit Union

We opened an account and refinanced three vehicles with Guardians. Setting up the loans with Karen went very nicely. After our loans were completed we attempted to reach Karen by phone and e-mail multiple times with concerns and questions and never received any response. We were told certain tasks would be completed, and they were not. We have given up on resolving our concerns. We have chosen only to fund our account with enough money to cover our loans and continue to do our primary banking with Wells Fargo & BBVA.

Please run while you can! This has got to be the worst Credit Union ever, incompetent, lazy and totally unprofessional. expect to wait 30 minutes or longer if you go inside to conduct any business. applied for a mortgage (750+ credit score) went elsewhere because they NEVER even contacted me. ordered new debit cards weeks ago and they never placed the that order. They suck.
