I decided to be guarantor to help my son buy a car. Our advisor Luke was very helpful and pleasant and the loan was approved fairly quickly. All terms and conditions were clearly given to both of us. They obviously take data protection very seriously as very thorough with security questions making me feel save giving them sensitive information.

Charlie sorted my loan out perfectly great communication from him, if he couldn't take my call he called back straight away, security checks are very in depth however that shows the company are on top of safety would definitely reccomend if someone asked

The process was as smooth as butter and was approved very quickly. Recommend this company.

They only send a statement annually so a guarantor has no access to check payment status and balances. They haven't kept me informed of changes of agreement with the payee. I had cause to make a complaint and they did handle this and did their best to resolve it hence 3 stars

Ben and team were great. They handled the calls and process really well. They were timely and checked in with me. There was no pressure, esp as my guarantor works nights, they respected all of us in the process and for them it was about me and my guarantor and not just about making a sale. Really impressed.

Ellie was brilliant, really help and polite. Bright as a button!!

Great service and the fact you have a real person that you cam pick the phone up to. Or text if you have any questions. It did take quite a while to to get set up and paid out. Due to the security that you have to go .through. which I suppose is good in this day and age. Plus cheaper rates that Amigo.
