IV been dealing with banggood for a few years now. It's the only place I buy my race quad and fpv gear I can say my race quad stuff has never left me desiring more always happy but a couple times IV received cameras that didn't work I can only imagine it's due to rough shiping. They never gave me a second of trouble about replacing the item and were always quick about responding to my emails normally within a few hours.

Excellent customer service! BANGGOOD was very helpful regarding a defective product I've received (which was not their fault) and refunded my order in 3 business days during Christmas time.

I bought an Anbernic rg350m from banggood b/c they had the cheapest prices on the internet. Knew nothing about them.

Product came on time, and after a few days had some screen issues (as I've seen online, nothing banggood caused, IMO). I told them I wanted it replaced, they offered a full refund, done and done. Money came back to my account faster than estimated.

Customer service was spot on, replying daily (likely from China, so time delay and all) and did a great polite job.

I have received a tablet with 2 problems on the screen. Some pixels do not work as they should and one pixel does not work at all (always white). Since, I do not want a new tablet, because I can't wait for it considering that it's a present for Christmas, then I have requested a partial refund.
They have told to me to take pictures of the issues and the labels of the tablet and one video. Once done they did the procedure and after 1/2 days, I have received the money. All perfect as it should be. I will continue to buy from banggood.

The product that I bought had a technical issue. I got in touch with Customer Service and they offer a replacement a day later.

I can honestly write that I bought goods – a charger, for Baggood brand Hota. The thing didn't work from the first turn on, so I turned to Bangood with a complaint. I negotiated with Jeremy Lee here and I can write that his approach was very professional. Complaints were settled within a few days, despite the 12-hour time shift, to my full satisfaction. Excellent customer service, very quick and friendly.

I had a problem on an item I bought on Banggood and the service helped me to find a solution.
When a quality issue was discovered that could not be resolved, I was offered to return the product.

There are some advantages over other sites:
1. They have quite fast shipping – less than 20 days in most cases.
2. There is only one "father and mother" you have to deal with – not many sellers as in AE.
3. There are many available coupons, which makes the purchase even more attractive.
3. The customer service is great – they refunded me more than 50$ (full refund) on an order with a defect. No need to send them the product – just sent them a quick video and that's it.

I purchased a 1080p Webcam which unfortunately had a fault with the microphone. After submitting the relevant information about the problem Banggood immediately refunded the full amount for the product. They were incredibly patient, courteous and sorry for the inconvenience. When after three months I had not received the shipment of the phone I was worried.
However, contacting them almost immediately, they sent me a new one.
Unfortunately for me, however, the device was damaged.
But again with courtesy and responsibility gave me a refund of all my money.

I order a lot from China and among my favorite websites is banggood.com.
What I can say about them is that they are trustworthy and they have a great customer service, even though sometimes you need to explain something twice. However, they always deliver what they promise and help you when in need. Also, one important thing is the fact that I never lose money because of them or a package not being delivered.
I really recomand and appreciate their support!

I had almost 30 orders from Banggood until now and so far I had no negative experience. I had 3 claims, one was damaged goods during transport and two were product not working as expected or not working at all. All 3 claims have been resolved and i received a full refund, so I am very satisfied with the service. The only negative comment would be that sometimes customer service is slow to respond, so it can take a bit longer (1-2 weeks) to resolve a claim, but the rest of their service is very good.

I ordered an RC that after we used it for the first time had a defective part. Banggood replied immediately and they offered to ship the part for free!

After the prompt delivery of my order, the product (MP5 carplayer) was not working after 2 monthes. So I contacted the after-sales service by chat who asked me to wait while they contacted my seller. Banggood after-sales service offered me a resend of my defective product which I accepted. This morning the resending carplayer was delivered to IML delivery courier. Very good and fast reactivity to problems with such solution. Very good service. Thank you very much

I have been dealing with Banggood for many years and have purchased dozens of different products. Online buying can be difficult since I can only see pictures of the product, however good communication through written description and messaging has lead to me receiving my products as ordered and in good condition most of the time. Recently a Drone was delivered with a small defect that didn't allow for the clip on one side of the battery to lock into place, I sent a customer service message and they offered to credit my account an amount that allowed me to purchase another battery, I still have the battery with the broken clip and if need be I can tape it into the closed position. As you can see in the photo the battery on the right the clip doesn't return to the locked position. This style and level of customer service is what I have come to expect from Banggood and is why I have been buying products from the so long. I recommend Banggood for your online shopping.

The prices of Banggood are good and shipping is their great strength. Their established shipping channels make shipping from China reliably fast. I received all my products pretty much within a maximum of two weeks. Two weeks shipping on Aliexpress is usually a miracle for comparison.
Customer service is great too. They are helpful and when none of the support worked they offered me a refund.
Highly recommended.

I received a BlitzWolf BW-GC5 Gaming Chair a few days ago
The package was missing the central gas piston, which is a fundamental component for a chair.

I bought tyro 79 during banggood event. It take about 9 days shippment until arrived at me. It a good servece. But unfotunatly after assembly my tyro 79 it seem problem with vtx. Then i send compalint about my oroblem to banggood, i'm realy suprised about banggood service they fast response and responsible to my problem. They give me solution options. I have made more than one purchase on Bangood, and have had the opportunity to experience different types of shipping, one of my packages was also lost by the shipper… Bangood customer service was always helpful and kind, despite my understandable apprehension.
My lost parcel has been refunded and sent back.
Bangood's only flaw is the lack of a warehouse in my country (Italy) but I am sure that the more it grows, the easier it will be that one day there will be a warehouse here.
