The product doesn鈥檛 work. I set it up how it said after purchasing one in B&M yesterday. Thankfully I didn鈥檛 purchase it online as it seems it鈥檚 a complete farce. The unit illuminated for 2 minutes and since hasn鈥檛 come back on take the batteries out and it works again.. once! This product is trash. It鈥檚 a good concept but doesn鈥檛 work hasn鈥檛 even lasted an hour! Do not buy!!!

I placed a Cyber Monday order to receive 4 illumibowl lights. After placing the order I received a very suspicious confirmation email. It was completely blank with no actual confirmation of what I had purchased. Seeing as this is a strange online business practice, I called the company who asked for my name. I gave my name, she immediately pulled up my order and told me it was being prepared for shipment.

So imagine my surprise this week, when I get an email (not even from Illumibowl) telling me I would be receiving a refund. Why!??! Your guess is as good as mine because there was absolutely no refund given. I only want the products I ordered.

As it stands now, I have been promised a refund, not received it or any product and have certainly received NO additional communication from the company.

Any company who expects to thrive online, needs to provide actual products and much better service if they hope to be in business long.

This has been the WORST online experience I have ever had. Congratulations Illumibowl. You are now award-winning.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 of these a month ago as Christmas gifts. Today almost a month later I receive a random email from a company called Spark which states I have been refunded for my order. HOWEVER I have not received ANY refund in my account. Also there was no email notification from illumibowl, no reason for cancellation of my order, nothing. I have contacted them and surprise surprise, no response. I should have known something was shady when they sent me a track and trace link that went to a website that didn't exist. Very Very shady and very very poor experience. I would not bother wasting your time or money on this business as they just take your money and don't send the items.
