They were really efficient and answered my message promptly by returning my call almost straight away. The person I spoke to Bobby was extremely helpful and very polite. After dealing with a few different companies about refunds etc due to COVID-19 this has been by far the best experience I have had.

I recently had to speak to Holidayrisk regarding a problem with my insurance and the young gentleman was knowledgable and efficient and dealt with my query there and then and sent me a confirmation email even before we had finished saying goodbye

They didnt answer the the phone. Said leave your phone number and they will ring back. Left two messages but still no phone back. I was not making a claim only asking for a refund of premium for cancelling my policy as my holiday has been cancelled by TUI and I will not be travelling to Tenerife so do not need travel insurance. If this is the treatment when NOT making a claim imagine the response if you were claiming!

This is a continuation of a policy I have had for 2 years. A previous policy I had with another firm almost doubled in cost after i had reached 66. After much online research and filling in of the usual medical information (Myocardial Infarcation 2006) most were quite expensive for annual cover Europe. This one was cheaper…not the cheapest, but offered more cover, at a better rate than all of the others. A minimal cost increase to renew for the current year. Very simple and straightforward to renew.

When I bought online wasn't made aware of the restriction on days, Contacted customer services and this was sorted. I had to pay extra . The customer advisor was very helpful and courteous.and more importantly the phone call was answered promptly.
