Took over a year received mine and my partner cheque today in the post would recommend always got a reply to e mails sent.

Got stuck in process and got no advice.

To many phone calls and emails. Tried to cancel the claim before the 14 days and they still haven't done it

All good so far, quick an efficient process with helpful staff on the end of the phone.

I have only had one conversation with an advisor from HolidayClaims so far, who was very friendly and helpful.
My only criticism is since I have completed all the forms and signed the paper work I haven't had an update on what is now happening. I am just left wondering
