I鈥檝e accidentally booked a trip 21.08-28.08 instead of 29.08 and immediately asked to change the return date via email as it not possible to reach holiday check by the phone and it鈥檚 not possible to make the changes online. It was very important to stay till 29.08 due to an important family occasion happening on the 28.08.
I received the response ( quite prompt) that it鈥檚 possible to change the date and I just need to pay 100鈧?additionally, which was fine and I confirmed the change immediately.
Since than, despite of my follow up, there was no communication. I was a bit suspicious and checked with FTI, the travel agency, that holidaycheck did not make/request any change.
I called Holidycheck just now and after 1h20m wait found out again that my request has not been proceed and there were no more flights for 29.08, so I had to prolong for 1 more day till 30.08 and ended up paying additional 400鈧?Which was not planned at all! I don鈥檛 see what I did wrong except of mistyping the return date right at the beginning.i don鈥檛 understand why promise the change and then just leaving it. I am very upset with the service.

Very clean comfortable Hotel, all staff very pleasant and helpful. Camilla the entertainments organiser works hard providing guests with fun outdoor games, also evening Quiz and games. Camilla does not push you to join in if you would rather not.
The downside is having to pay an enormous amount for WiFI and room safe!
The food is wonderful, so much choice all good. We hope to visit again.

Lovely hotel give me for free room upgrade, stunning swimming pool the pool is very long and have special 1 pool face to the see, hotel is clean and convenient

very bad customer assistance. Mrs Natalie located in the office in Greece, she spoke to us very badly. Don't trust this agency, the are taking the cheapest rooms of the hotels.

Grunds盲tzlich gute Idee und gute Seite. Aber auch hier bitte immer aufpassen was man glaubt und was nicht! leider ist die Zahl derer die die Bewertungen t眉rken enorm gestiegen und es ist auch nicht mehr so leicht rauszufiltern. Ich verlasse mich lieber auf mein Bauchgef眉hl und Empfehlungen von Freunden/Bekannten

Bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde. Bei einfachen Anfragen klappt alles, aber bei schwierigeren F盲llen und echten Problemen mit Buchungen wird man mit Standardtexten " Auf Eis" gelegt, sehr schade, fr眉her war ich Fan.

Hier kann man Hotelbewertungen einsehen und abgeben. N眉tzliches Portal, aber man muss genau hinschauen wer die Bewertung geschrieben hat, dann wie bei allen Portalen k枚nnen sich auch dort mal Fake-Bewertungen einschleichen. (Aber das ist ja leider 眉berall so, selbst hier.)

Insgesamt finde ich die Idee hinter der Seite sehr gut und lese mir vor Buchungen regelm盲脽ig die Bewertungen hier durch. Allerdings hab ich manchmal so meine Zweifel, ob die nicht relativ leicht manipuliert werden k枚nnen…?

Urlaub gebucht, Vorfreude riesig und trozdem Angst, dass man in einem herunter gekommenen Hotel landet. Wer麓s genau wissen will, kann sich hier die meinungen von Urlaubern ansehen, die schon mal in dem gesuchten Ort bzw. Hotel waren und wie deren Meinung dazu ist. Echt ne top Angelegenheit!!
